Perfect Jean for Tall Men! My husband has ordered Carhart Original Cut Jeans … forever? These Levi 501 Style Jeans are a perfect fit and are much more youthful! They are below the ankle and a bit further. My husband wears work boots and cowboy roper boots and the Levi 501 in a 36” inseam lays just right on the top of the foot of the boots. I wash them inside out in cold water with a couple more pair of blue jeans on permanent press. I only air fluff our jeans in the dryer then hang them to dry. This method keeps them perfect twice longer than heat drying. My husband is 6’4” and it’s very difficult to find nice looking casual wear and dress clothes! Now with Business Casual in the office the Levi 501 Jeans will be “The Go To”!

I have always loved Levi's and especially Button Fly 501. I have not been able to afford them in some time but when I found them in a warehouse deal I jumped on them. They are as thick and heavy weight as I remember (unlike Levi's Signature series which is an insult to the name jeans). What's even better is that classic Levi's look and comfortable fit. My wife even said they look really nice. So pleased with this purchase and so pleased to have a classic pair of jeans once again!

I didn't look closely and the 501 jeans don't have a zipper, they button up. My husband thought he needed a 36 inch waist (he's gained weight) but it soon became obvious I should have ordered a 35 inch waist. Nothing wrong with the jeans, just my fault for not reading the details.

Both jeans I ordered were well made. I tried 2 sizes. Both were way too big. I was going to try an even smaller size but realized that the sale price wasn't really cut 40 some percent like it said. I went back after the sale and their was only a couple dollars difference in the regular price vs. sale price. I never wanted them until I saw that they were on such a big sale. Well. They weren't.

I’ve bought 501s before. These just seem looser around th butt than previous purchases and I haven’t lost weight. I was able to get them adjusted and though they’re better, they’re definitely not the original 501s I remember. If possible, buy the ones with some elastic built into the thread
