Design of jeans is typical straight leg. Fabric is decent weight. I didn’t like was that the dye pattern was odd. Dye pattern had very distinct lines across thighs. Also dye shows a very clear “X” on the knee. I am hoping the weird dye pattern will fade quickly and look more natural. I thought about sending back but didn’t since I got a good price and fabric was decent. I figured if my son doesn’t like the pattern, he can use them for play, etc. Also, be aware that % of cotton varies across Levi’s jeans. I was disappointed that these jeans had lower % of cotton than other designs. I would have purchased the 505 version if I had realized because it has higher cotton content.

I'm 5'4 and 6/8 in women's. My waist is smaller than my hips and I love buying Levi's boys selection because they offer the interior adjustable waist. These fit me perfectly with no gap in the waist or a need to always wear belts.
