This older Revell model is of fairly good quality. Execution of the build is really a direct reflection of the skill of the model builder. I am getting better each round, and this one turned out nicely. Not too difficult, and allowed enough free-styling to make it interesting. Buy one and build it on one of those cold...but not as cold(global warming is real) evenings this Winter when it feels good to stay inside :) ... show more

The hood assembly was difficult (for me) to get components lined up correctly while gluing them together. The result was a very poor fitting hood. I sent Revell an email stating that, if I could get replacements for the components shown in the section #16 of the directions, I believe I could do some trimming of them prior to gluing and hold fixturing during gluing to get a better fit.
