Can't say enough good things about this scope. It has fantastic glass. It's crisp, clear to the edges, and testing it in low light, it has more than 5 minutes on my VariX III. Ordered the CDS for my load and it's remarkable at how accurate it is at long range. No more hold overs. Took me a few times at the range to get used to the side parallax adjustments, but once you get the hang of it, it makes a huge difference in long range shots. The scope tracks well and returns to zero perfectly. The firedot reticle is also a nice feature. It adjusts from very dim to fairly bright with a series of clicks. A lot of thought went into that illuminated reticle...I love that it turns off by itself after 5 minutes and then back on as soon as the rifle is moved (as I've left it on a couple of times already). ... show more

Received this Leupold VX 5HD 3-15x scope in perfect condition. Mounting on my rifle was simple and straight forward. Targets are crisp and sharp, and the image is very bright. Fire light at center of reticle is adjustable for brightness, and even in bright sunlight, the light is visible on the lowest setting. Great scope! ... show more

Really disappointed in this and the seller does not show up in anyway to be contacted regarding this issue. I relied on the product photos that showed the elevation cap as MOA NOT Mils and even in one of the questions from another purchaser it was asked if it was metric or not. The reply was MOA and not MIL's. I had the scope dropped off at gun shop to be installed and only saw if after the shop did the work and naturally I must pay them for the install, removal and then ultimately the replacement.
