My grandson who is 8, loves this and overall, I think that it's a great product. One of our push button controllers occasionally sticks, however, which is very annoying. How can I get that one controller replaced? I tried to go to the website for product support but it says the site is not found.

I always ask my nephew what he wants for his birthday and Christmas. One time this item was one of them so that’s what he got. He absolutely loved them and has them to this day.
