This is so fun to wear! I wore this for shark week at my dance classes. I usually wear medium and I got a medium. It is stretchy and form fitting. I just have a sports bra and workout shorts underneath the costume. The fin is on my bottom, but it didn’t bother me at all. I did originally get an xl but returned it and got the medium locally.

I think this is a nice, well-made costume. I am happy with the price I paid. But, as others have stated, this runs very small. I pretty much always wear a size medium. Because of reviews, I purchased an x-large. I am planning to wear this while my husband is a fisherman, one child is a crab and the other a fish. I ordered the largest size because I would rather it be loose than tight. I can zip this up fine and it fits like I was hoping. But, like I wrote, I am usually a size medium. X-large with this costume is not x-large at all. I wouldn't advise ordering this costume at all if you wear more than a medium size in normal clothing. I am happy with this costume but am glad I read reviews and ordered up 2 sizes! The arms are long and loose on me (they look tighter on the model than they are on me). This zips completely open like a jacket which is different than what the current photo shows. I am 5'5" and it hits me right at my knees, which I am happy with. I wanted it to be longer on me than the model and figured she is much taller than me. I am going for just the shark look, not the sexy shark look, haha. The fin is on my butt. The zipper in the front makes it look kind of bumpy but I don't mind it. It just depends on what you are looking for. If you want a fun, funny costume or one to wear with your kids, I think this is good. Oh, and according to the size chart I should have ordered a medium so I definitely would not pay attention to that.

It was really cute and pretty comfortable. Wore to a Halloween concert and it was HOT. It's made of fleece and not a cheap thin material. On my body the sleeves were a bit short and annoying. Definitely gunna keep it for a back up costume. Didn't ride up my legs but I also wore it with panty hoes.

Found this costume on Amazon at a much better price than elsewhere and they had the size I needed in stock when other retailers did not (and this was a month and a half before Halloween). The fit was a bit smaller than I expected, I did have to return and get a larger size. However, it’s very comfortable and pretty good quality. It’s cute and is a flattering fit and the back fin stayed up nicely (I was worried it would constantly fall to one side or another, but it did not, it stayed in place. Overall, a great purchase and I would recommend. I also have worn it a few times for different things after Halloween, so it’s something that can be worn more than once a year on Halloween. I have worn it out to drinks with friends and to house parties and people always get a laugh out of it and want to know where I got it. Super cute and I would definitely recommend!

This was fine over all. For sure a little more snug than I was expecting but I am also busty. The fin should be a tad higher too but honestly, it was fine for what I needed last minute.

I was so excited when I got this costume in the mail! I did look at reviews so I went for the large. I have a fairly athletic build and I'm 5'5, a C, and 133lbs. It fits just fine and feels like I ordered a large(not my normal size, realized I put med in my original review for some reason so I changed it) and was glad I did. It ends just above my knees, so it may shorten your steps a bit. I could definitely get another layer underneath there but not much else since it is pretty much form hugging. It is pretty warm. The fin lands at the bottom of my butt and there are elbow fins that are at my elbows. The hood isn't too bad, I have very thick hair, so it should be normal fitting for all. The teeth and eyes were stitched just fine. If I were to say anything bad, I guess I agree about the zipper bunching, but it's honestly not even that huge a deal...look at the costume, lol.
