For such a reasonable price the wings are of good quality. I ordered these for a costume for Halloween and everything fit perfectly! The wings and halo came folded in plastic packaging and you have to un-fold them yourself. The wings themselves are sturdy with a cardboard base hidden beneath the feathers and can survive squeezing past people in a crowded party; by the end of the night they held up quite well. The feathers may shed a bit but overall they held their own! They're just the right size that they peak out from behind your shoulders but don't extend so far out that they hit everyone you pass. The elastic band that holds the wings to your shoulders is thin enough to be hidden by hair or clothes, but sturdy enough to hold the wings close to your body. You can wear the wings with the longer feathers pointing up or down and they look wonderful either way! I plan on re-using them again for other events. The halo itself is on a white headband you can really mold the wire holding the fuzzy white loop to the position you prefer. The actual halo is a little flimsy but serves the purpose of one night. By the end of the night my halo had bent quite a bit, but I was a little rough with it.

Very cute! Needed for a friend’s photo shoot idea. Very soft, just be careful because the feathers will fall off if you’re not careful. I would maybe spray some kind of sealant on them before you wear them out.

the wings only lasted a night (of not even partying that hard). as soon as i took them off i realized like half the feathers jumped ship. while this isn’t expensive, i expect it to last a least a couple of wears. cheaply made. but at least it was cute for a night!

Overall this a cute costume. The price was great, it arrived ahead of the shipping estimate and the wings have a great shape to them. Additionally, the halo headband really completes the costume. That said you have to be very gentle when opening the wings for the first time. I had read about a cracking noise on some of the reviews and I experienced this as well. They held their shape perfectly throughout the night. The only complaint I have is that I was wearing a white sweater under the wings and the wings bled on the back of my sweater. I was able to get the stains out with a few hand washings and stain removers.

I went as a fallen angel and I got a lot of compliments on the wings! I am a bigger girl, and I was worried the straps would be too tight, but they fit really nicely. Also the span was the perfect size, I was in a crowded bar all night and I didn't have a hard time navigating in crowds with the wings or anything. And the shipping was really fast too, which I appreciated. My only complaint is that maybe 1/3 of the feathers had fallen off by the end of the night - probably a result of being in such a crowd. However this is really the best price you can ask for. I originally bought stuff to make these wings and it cost more than this set did. So overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

My package came missing the halo. Amazon wouldn't let me get a refund unless I returned the whole thing, and I needed it for Halloween so I didn't do that. The wings are fragile, but they held up for the night. Decent costume.
