These pants are AMAZING. The material feels thick, but with some stretch. The waistband is wide enough to not feel too pinchy, and I LOVE how it made my butt look. I’m 5’9, hourglass build with wide hips, a fuller bust, and long legs. I got a size 8 Long, and they fit beautifully. They fall just above the ankle, so if my fellow tall ladies want your ankles covered keep that in mind. They look polished and keep you looking snatched. I would say these fit true to size. I vary between a 6 to a 12 depending on the clothes but usually an 8-10 is where I fit best. I’ll be getting these in more colors! These are great jeans to wear to the office or on a fun night out, and the price point is great for what they are. :) I didn’t notice a smell and I haven’t gotten to wash them yet, but I’ll see how they fare in the washer. Overall though, they get five stars from me. :) ... show more

I recently purchased these skinny jeans, and I am so impressed! At 5'5", the length is perfect, hitting just at the ankle, which is always a challenge for me with jeans. The fit is incredible—it hugs my lower stomach, hips, and legs in all the right places, giving a flattering silhouette. They’re snug enough to provide a sleek look but still comfortable. However, if you tend to carry weight around your stomach, the waistline might feel a little tight and could cause a slight muffin top. I have been struggling lately to find skinny jeans that don't stretch out after half a day of wear. These jeans have held up after two long days. If you're a plus sized woman looking for good skinny jeans, these are worth your consideration. They have thick elastic in the waistband, which avoids any gaps. I could honestly wear these without a belt. The jeans fit close and stay tight all day. Now, these are designed for women whose hips are wider in proportion to their waist, which is why some reviewers complain about extra fabric at the hips. If you have thick thighs or wide hips, this will work. I think it also helps the pants accommodate a larger belly. My thighs are thick, but my hips are not that wide compared to my waist, so there's a little bit of extra material in the hips where you can see that they were meant to be filled out by wider hips. For me, this effect is slight, and I resolved it with a bit of hand sewing. If you're unable to sew, your tailor can simply take in the sides by a few inches. If like me, you've been struggling to find jeans that fit well and hold their shape, I would strongly recommend these. I will definitely be trying more jeans from this brand. ... show more

Not sure how to rate these jeans. I washed them before wearing on gentle cycle, line dried and when I went to wear them the next day they had a 2 inch worn mark on the top of the waist band. Material was worn to white with some broken threads. Really not pleased with this but since they were washed, I don't feel I can return them. Fit wise, they are pretty good. Runs a smidge small. Length is as advertised. I'm 5'7 180lbs and take a 16 or 18 in jeans. I bought these in 18 long could barely get into them but the stretched out after about 10 minutes and look good. Not a fan of the material, it's heavy and more stretchy than I like but that is a personal preference. They do not seem to hang as nicely a some jeans, like the material is just too heavy. To be honest, I think the Amazon Essential Skinny Jeans seem nicer and just "look" nicer. The high waist is wonderful, so I'll give them a 5 star for that and the fit. 1 star for material quality which is lousy. ... show more
