I used to be 100% Levi's. Levi's simply are not the jeans they used to be. I bought a pair just to give them one more chance when I bought my Lee's. Washed them before wearing them, wore them, washed them again and noticed holes in the lower leg, put them on and saw a place above my knee that i just put a little pressure on each side with my fingers and the material just separated. total junk. All the Lee's I've bought fit and look good. The material is much more durable "both being 100% cotton" and have held up very well. I don't have to worry about trashing a pair of Lee's when I'm working on something or being active outdoors. You will get much more quality for your money with Lee's and I've been just as happy with them as I used to be with Levi's. All you get for your money with Levi's today is the damn tag sewn on the cheapest delicate material I've ever seen. ... show more

Hiking jeans for 30 to 50 degree weather. Some HD Levi$ for colder and Wrangler lighter jeans for warmer hikes. Always w/good HD suspenders from amazon for all the gear in pockets: wallet, hanky, iPhone, keys, chap stick, ear bud case, snack bar, gum, etc........

    • Jeans are great but packing was not
I have no complaints about the product itself the jeans were great thank goodness considering how they were mailed. They were in a CLEAR plastic wrapper you could see the jeans so thank goodness no one could use them cause you could clearly see what it was. At least put them in a white bag like somethings come from Amazon so you can't see the product. My review is a 4 star ONLY because of the way they were package and Amazon I blame that on you since you are the one that shipped it. ... show more
