Finding jeans that fit well is difficult for me, I've found that "athletic cut" jeans fit exactly the way I want. I typically buy Levi's 541 jeans, which fit great, but wear out in the crotch over time. I went to purchase replacement pairs of 541's and the prices have almost doubled! I like Lee jeans and have owned some throughout my life, so I decided to try their Legendary Athletic Taper jeans, and I think I like them more than the 541's. The Lee jeans seem to be made of thicker denim than the 541's, which means they should be more durable. The fit is excellent, although the legs might be 1/2" - 1" longer, not a deal breaker by any means, especially if you like a cuff. I bought the Onyx and Neptune colors to test fit and I'm sold, I'll be buying a few more colors soon. 5 stars, great jeans.

The jeans were a great deep blue color, length was perfect, the stretch made the jeans so comfortable to sit down , look fantastic on me, soft fabric , overall a great jean for a good price. Love them and glad I bought them.

These jeans fit perfectly on me. I normally have to get my jeans tapered by a seamstress but not with these jeans. I will definitely be buying more in other colors.

Been looking for jeans that would be roomier than my go-to Levi 502s but that didn't look or feel too baggy. These rule. Nice finish, durable feel, cool back pocket design, comfortable. I'll be buying more soon for sure.

The quality of fabric and stitching is spot on. The spade shaped rear pockets with the X tacked stress points is a great bit of nostalgia that is great to see back on Lee jeans. There are two areas I am not completely happy with but I will live with both because I do like the jeans. First.. I got the Simon finish. In the pictures it looks just rinsed. Nope. Stupid sanding marks on the thighs. Literally looks like a 2x6 was used as the leg filler. It will fade out eventually but dammit, why do these companies keep sanding dark jeans.. it looks cheap. Next con is the fit: it is marketed as “athletic fit” which I assumed was like Levi’s 541 athletic fit. It is not. It is almost a slim taper fit. The cuffs are tight on boots so be aware and to me the cut is not as roomy as a regular fit. Still not a deal breaker they are nice jeans overall. Sizing in the waist and length is perfect on both pairs of 34x32 I got. All of the hardware is nice and nothing is out of place. A nice heavier mid weight denim with a little give without being really stretchy. Overall a good quality product.. minus the crappy sanding. Next time I’ll order the legendary boot cut as they seem to be a bit closer to the pattern I was thinking these might have been through the thigh and knee (minus the boot cut of course).
