I bought these lights after I got tired of standard halogen bulbs burning out, shattering, or melting wires on the motorcycle I was building. I settled on these specific lights because they feature a combination spot and flood beam setup, meaning that I get visibility at a distance, while still maintaining good peripheral lighting, and visibility of the road immediately in front of me. The lights come in a pack of two, and I was immediately impressed by the quality of the packaging. Both lights came nestled in very thick foam on all sides, and arrived in perfect condition - not always the case with some cheaper brands. The case of each light is dense aluminum, and they have a satisfying weight. The lenses are polycarbonate, and don't rattle or move when the light is shaken. The install for the lights was a breeze - each one has a positive (red) and negative (black) wire protruding from the case, and there are no regulators or reducers necessary. Just attach the wires to your battery, and you're good to go! The mount is a simple stainless steel bracket that uses threads in the case of the light to attach to it on either side. This works well, and despite my motorcycle riding very rough do to minimal suspension, the light has stayed tight. However, as with any steel fastener in an aluminum threaded hole, you must be very careful not to overtighten the bolts to avoid stripping out the aluminum threads. I would have preferred to see a captive nut retained in the aluminum, or clearance for a steel threaded nut on the back of the bolt, to avoid this potential issue. The pictures attached were taken in the daylight, and don't do the brightness of these lights justice, but they are BRIGHT. You cannot look at them directly when they're on, and when in use, they throw a beam of light several hundred feet ahead of my bike. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase, and will be purchasing again in the future, as I intend to add more lighting to this motorcycle. ... show more

I've had these for about a year now. They were installed on my Maverick X3 and have seen lots and lots of mud, dust, water, sand and snow. They have also been pressure washed over and over again at close range and are still holding up flawlessly!! Can't say enough about these lights and their toughness. Brightness is great as well! In the pictures shown you can see I have lots of forward facing lights. My top main light bar is stupid bright and with that one along with everything else you can still see the amber hue through all the white lights. I have had many people ask for the link so they could purchase as well. They work excellently as driving lights and make you much more visible to others. Highly recommend!! ... show more

UPDATE 14APR2022: Still super bright! Occasionally one of them won't turn on and I'll have to jiggle the wiring, but I attribute that to my wiring and not the light. Extremely happy with this purchase, thinking of getting more, possibly in the white color. I have them aimed somewhat low and to the sides, with the driver side lower than the passenger, and I've never had anyone flash their lights at me through this whole last winter when I used them just about every day. UPDATE 30AUG2021: Lights are still going strong! No condensation in the lens after lots of rain. Pretty happy with them still. Original review: Installed as fog lights on a 2004 GX470. These lights came packaged very well, and I love the included pigtails, made splicing into my OEM fog light switch a breeze. The quality looks good, and they've been through several rain/snow storms and a couple car washes so far in the week or two since I've had them installed. No moisture in the lens as of this review. They're bright, but definitely a spot light pattern, no cutoff whatsoever, and they have more of a green tint to the light in person than the pictures show. Kind of disappointed because the lens is the perfect shade of amber/orange. I didn't have issues with the included hardware, but may change it out in the future for better quality. So far very happy with these for the price, might buy another set to make the pattern a little wider. ... show more

Had these lights about a week. Easy to install, bright decent lights. My issue is the 2 bolts that mount light to mounting bracket. You have to use these to aim light where you want it and to hold in place. I barley even tightened it to aim lights and the threads stripped out. Only problem is the threads inside light case are the ones that stripped out NOT the bolt ones. This makes the light un usable since I cant tighten it enough to keep it straight. Not happy.. UPDATE... Company has great customer support. Listened to my claim and are going to send me a replacement light. UPDATE 12/31/2020 Just received replacement light from company. Changed my rating. They took great care of me and sent replacement quickly ... show more

They are bright. Great for daylight use to help others be aware of you. Noticed that other drivers are less likely to cut me off or pull out in front of me when they are on. Also they just look good! I have found these to be the best bang for your buck. The amber lenses are great for fog and dusty conditions. And they are easy to install and have held up for many years without issues. I am now on my 3rd rig and got these as well.
