It is customizable it comes with an app for your phone it's really very user friendly I will say I wish I may have gotten the just slightly larger size but regardless this works really really well for me and it is incredibly high quality which I love. I got it and didnt have to return it and work so I just used it the way it was. It doesn't show all 4 letters in capital form I had to write it 3 times so customer could read it. Plus its OK at night but day time it not bright enough I can only use liter color so people can see it. So I had to adapt in using it, wish they were more bright like my two light signs that this thing replaced and they were cheaper then this sign.

Setup was very easy. I was able to download a non-default Lyft/Uber alternating logo easily. The sign remembers whatever the last thing loaded, so once the Lyft/Uber signage was loaded, I haven't needed to connect it to my phone. Just power on and go.

The media could not be loaded. First off I love this thing! I haven't decided if I want to put it in my car or not though because well I think I'll get in trouble for calling people out on their dumb driving. So it may just be a smarter/safer idea for me to keep it in my house. Anyways, you can literally put ANYTHING on this. Pictures from your gallery, preloaded images, and type whatever you want it to say. Obviously it is going to be pixilated so some images arnt as clear as others but its still a cool concept. The only issue I've came across is the app is a little glitchy at times but not enough to make it not worth using.
