the light was easy to assemble and set up - However, wiring is not color-coded correcting for standard US color system. Red on the light is the negative wire and Black is the positive wire when connecting to 12-volt system. The mount is limited with the 45-degree adjustment. Would have been great with up to a 90-degree adjustment. I had to buy a 3rd party mount to install the light on my turf mower. I did a lot of research on LED lights because the river at night can be a dangerous place. I was hesitant about these because of the reviews about the mounting and several about them leaking. I actually think the mounting configuration was perfect for me because the nuts are “made into” the light housing and move from one side to the other (when not tightened) this allows for perfect centering and/or for a crazy off set in my case. (Exactly what I wanted to keep the lights away from the dock). They are bright and the pig tales were long enough for my purposes. If they keep the moisture out I’ll be 100% satisfied. I’m a propane technician. I got these so I could see behind my truck backing down driveways at night. I needed to light up directly behind me and really wanted to simultaneously see the ditch area to the sides. Had to construct a bracket to mount this light because the bracket only allows tilt up/down and I needed to rotate them just a bit to get that 180+ degrees I was looking for. Well, I got it and I’m quite pleased with the results. The coverage is great, these are perfect for what I need and the price is amazing. Will update if they fail, but they are lovely so far. These are definitely more floody than spot, though they are a combination. At this price, I am thoroughly impressed. 100% I’d recommend these for auxiliary back up lights, I’m very happy to not worry about running over customers property. ... show more

Bought two sets and installed them on a work truck for auxiliary lights. The lights are very bright. However, the lights must be mounted horizontal to get the best area coverage.

    • Wide Smooth bright light
Put these on my compact tractor for snow plowing in northern WI. It’s dark out often when I plow. These light up the whole yard! I put a pair facing forward and one backwards, (one on my UTV). The side lights illuminate the areas on both side of my tractor really well. The picture in the add does not do these justice . They illuminate with a smooth bright light all around.
