The card that has instructions says to contact y'all if there's issues and I can't figure it out myself. There's no contact information on the card, though. The good: these shoes are super cute, they fit like a dream, the shade of pink is adorable, and they were comfortable from the moment I put them on! the catastrophically bad: one of the color modes cycles slowly through every color before rapid flashing multiple colors (I particularly saw red and blue) at a speed that looks like a seizure machine. I’m photosensitive and if I had closed my eyes a fraction of a second later, I’d be lying in bed with a migraine for a week. You can avoid this by NOT choosing the last of the multicolor options, but there’s no warning and this could be outright dangerous. ... show more

These were a hit for our glow party. They are partially charged, however, it won't last long. Don't forget to charge fully. I would recommend an insole cushion as the isn't a lot of padding, after wearing for 6 hours my feet were a little sore. Otherwise, size was true to my normal size.
