The media could not be loaded. I LOVE This thing! When it came, the box was pretty damaged by UPS and it had (has) something rattling around inside. I tried to open the device, but once the screws were out, it still wouldn't open. So I gave up and plugged it in anyway. The demo display come on right away and everything worked perfectly! Using the instructions, I was unable to get anything to work on my Android Phone, but using the Windows interface, on my Dell Laptop, I could create anything I wanted, any color, colored borders, any font, any speed or direction. You need to either (a) log into the Web interface of the device and start a Windows program that comes on a USB drive included with the device, or (b) Simply start the program and make a design you can see on your Windows computer. Then there is a button you can click that loads the program onto a (Fresh) USB Drive. Then you put the USB Drive into the device and turn on the device. The Device responds OK, you pull out the USB Drive (Important or it just keeps saying OK) and it displays exactly as it did on your Computer DEMO. This is VERY handy if you don't want to keep a computer with your Sign when you are changing messages. My plan is to make several USBs and keep them with the sign with different messages in each one. Note: Once you load the message into the Sign, you don't need a USB or a computer anymore until you change the message. When you turn on the device it displays the last message that installed even without the USB or computer.

Great sign overall for the price. The app you can use to set it up is not user friendly at all but once you get your message on it is pretty solid. Some of the letters are a little off due to the led placement but you can still make them out.

The media could not be loaded. Update 3: Since getting the new revised version of the program for the usb, I was able to recreate my design. however, I am unable to send it via wifi to the LED Board getting a system error saying the control type card does not match (see photo). WHAT DOES THAT MEAN!!!!???? On top of that, I tried to reset the LED Board, but that did not help!! I am once again waiting to hear back from support on this issue!! After a few emails I finally redowndloaded the app, wiped the usb clean, uploaded the app to the usb. Then turned on the LED Board and connected to the WiFi in the app. You will need to click on WiFi perimeter so the app can find the board. This was the information they did not provide which would have prevented a lot of frustration Poor instructions but if you are technically savvy you will be able to figure it out UPDATE 2: I revise this sign 2-3 times a year so this time when I went to work on revisions, I couldnt get in to change anything. Ultimately, I contacted the seller again and they provided a 2nd fix. This time the update doesn't require a flash player to work in the app. YAY! UPDATE: Google no longer supports Adobe Flash player needed to edit the flash drive for this LED Board so when I found out the company had a alternate download for it, I contacted them and downloaded the flash player they provided. BUT!! I kept getting Chinese popups left and right!!! NO THANKS! Wish I could get my money back for this since I cant change what it says without having to deal that All the negative and hard to setup reviews had me nervous but it wasn't really that difficult. I had to read the instructions a couple times to make sure I knew what to do. When I lost the original texting and picture I almost gave up immediately but figured out how to add my texts. Adding a picture will take practice and tweak seeing how each one fits. Our logo was either too stretched out or too small. Practice makes perfect. I'm just glad we got it in time for our event this Saturday

Sign was OK but the software to design the images and text was clunky at best. Worked for about two years and then suddenly died. Unit gets power and internal led lights up but sign has a couple of leds that flash in a line and then nothing. You get what you pay for.

The media could not be loaded. Little learning curve to program, but I totally LOVE this for my business. This LED light bar is so cool!! Video is a bit blurry at the beginning due to the weather, but overall, you can see how awesome this light is. Can be inside or out, chose to have it inside so it lasts longer. Definitely worth $150.00!!! I'd pay it all day long for this awesome light bar!!

I've used my sign for almost 2 years now and it's worked great, but I've run into a problem. When I try to change it (had it the same for over 6 months), I can't run the program from the USB drive. Researching the error, it says it's because I don't have Flash Player. I have loaded Flash Player (have to purchase it now) and it still errors. Is there another fix? Is there an update to the software?
