I purchased this product with the hopes of removing two dog urine stains from the cushions of my leather couch. I followed the directions on the bottle, including to test a small area first. After confirming that the product wouldn't alter the color of the leather, I removed the leather covers from the cushion and put a towel under where I was using the product. The stains were large and I repeated the process of using the product to scrub the area (especially around the outer edges of the stain) several times over two days, allowing the area to dry before beginning again. Cleaner very gentle on leather and did good job on first attempt. Conditioner brought out color and pliability in leather although took longer than two hours to dry. Good product, easy to apply and is as advertised.

UPDATE 3/29/2024: The seller offered a full refund, which I very much appreciate. The customer service was prompt and friendly. In hindsight, I believe the bottle breaking was probably a fluke, since it doesn't seem to be a pervasive issue based on other reviews. I've changed my review to four stars to reflect the excellent customer service and the fact that the cleaner did work – just not quite as well as I would've hoped. The text of my original review is below. *********** 3/26/2024: The Leather Honey leather cleaner arrived either damaged or very susceptible to breaking, because the plastic snapped seconds after I picked it up. The liquid spilled everywhere – but thankfully landed on my clean hardwood floor so I was able to soak it up with a microfiber cloth and use it immediately… but I only got one use out of the bottle. Two-star review because it mostly worked, I think? The instructions say you don't have to scrub or rub, but I found that rubbing with a little extra effort was definitely needed to get my leather chair clean. This stuff doesn't seem to be anything special. I wish the plastic bottle were a little more robust. ... show more

White leather recliners and console are now back to shiny new condition. Easily wiped off a years worth of dirt with this product. Spray on wait for a minute, wipe off with a microfiber cloth. I’ve used a lot of leather products and found them to be thick, sticky, or just plain and effective. And of course you’re always worried that they’re going to damage or 10th the leather in someway. However, this is truly so easy to use an effective! Applied with a microfiber cloth I was able to get out some of the water ( or was it milk?) spots visible in the first photo as well as some deeper scratches without applying any scratch remover even yet. The before and after pictures show color restoration as well my one year old full grain leather sofa. Truly a satisfied customer! Will be trying the conditioner soon. ... show more

I didn't like that my car didn't look like what the picture reviews looks liked. Maybe if I went off of it being wet , yet it looked liked the pictures but after drying it didn't look that great. I was super disappointed in the product. I was super hyped after reading the reviews and couldn't wait to get it. And for the cost I was really upset. I was willing to shell out the money for such a good product for it to turn out to be awful in my opinion. The smell is super low (can hardly smell anything. Asi was cleaning it looked good., but after it dried , it went back to a dull color. I tried multiple surfaces to see if I could get that shiney look (after it dried) but nope. Definitely will not purchase again. I will see if I can upload a video and some pictures soon to show. -UPDATE- Sorry it took so long to update but the company did reach out to me. Which I thought was super nice and great customer service! They gave me a full refund for the problem I had with the product. I think that is so kind, cause they don't have to and I really appreciated that, very kind. I will gladly do business with company again and try different products they offer. Odorless, spray on boots and let soak in, spray on your Oxfords let dry and buff. Sprayed on my leather jacket, restored the finish, took away that "dry skin" look & feel, rejuvinated the jackets appearance. Excellent product.
