I ordered the black and Grey suit in XL. Sizing for both the jacket and pants were spot on. I suppose I will use the tie for the pants but I dont have to rely on a drawstring to keep them on. They are not overly tight either but secure. I am almost 6 feet tall and a bit over 200. I have always ordered XL and for me their sizing is correct US sizing. The suit is made of two different fabrics, one difference is the black is smooth to the touch and the Grey is rough. I am guessing these are made to breathe as if held up to the light you can see through a single layer. This suit seems like it would be good for traditional track suit things like running but could also be put on to be casual wear in certain odd times vs getting dressed just to grab something at a store and not look odd. This is the only exercise specific matching gear I own so with others around it looks a bit better than mismatched whatever is at hand to lift some weights at home. There are only two minor things I am personally not crazy about. One is I dont like the look of the rear pockets and that none of the pockets zip closed. The second is not a negative but a heads up to put this through the washer before wearing as like some new clothing its a bit itchy until you do but not a big deal and washing on cold and drying on low is recommended to keep it fitting nicely and avoiding any fading. The fit and function at the top I think are the true concerns and what my review is based on. The fit being perfect, especially the pants which could not be better if they were tailored for me. Pretty hard to complain with that sort of fit.

I got this track suit to wear when I go for my 5 mile morning walks and the weather gets a little chillier. So far it is still quite warm and humid, so I can't vouch for warmth. It is a fairly light fabric, though, and I doubt it will provide real warmth. It should act as a good wind breaker. As far as fit, it is very good with a Medium size. The shoulders and chest fit me well. I am 5' 7" (I used to be 5' 9", but now I'm 80 years old), have a 32 inch waist and a 39 inch chest. The elastic waist is very comfortable, but might be tight on someone with a bigger gut. There is also a tie around the waist which has very classy aglets. The pants are a bit long for me, and pile a bit on my sneakers. But then, as I said, I'm somewhat on the short side, and they will probably fit very well on people a few inches taller. My dislikes are the fact that I'm accustomed to having a track suit with zippers in the lower pants legs so that you can take the pants off without removing your sneakers. Not a deal breaker, but annoying. Also, while the zipper appears to be well made, it is European style with the zip part on the left. Somehow that goes against all my instincts. Finally, I think the two white, patch pockets in the back are kind of cheesy looking. I would like them the same color as the pants, but that's just me. I'll have my wife take them off, as I won't use them anyway. Overall, it looks really good, but is a little pricier than most of its competitors.

This order came with a two-piece tracksuit/sweatsuit in a gray/navy blue color. This is one of the best outfits that I’ve ever had. To begin, the top is warm and fits well. The jacket has shallow pockets, so be aware of that. The zipper is large and slides without locking in place. The material is a little bit thin, but it’s not so thin that it may jeopardize the strength of the jacket. The only downside is the color of the outfit. The majority of the jacket (and pants) is navy blue, but it has white accents. I’m slightly worried about the blue bleeding in the wash. The pants are a little bit looser than the jacket. The length of the pants is good (I’m about 5’ 9”). The pockets, like the jacket, are shallow. I don’t recommend using them. Altogether, this is a great outfit. Save for the potential color bleeding and the shallow pockets, nothing is wrong. I love this outfit, and I recommend it.
