I’m going to start by saying how grateful I am to start the new year, year of the snake with a brand new and well made red leather wallet!! I made sure to include a lot of photos in my review because I didn’t see too many for this particular color. I also wish Amazon would let us leave more than one video review because I took several as well. I was looking at red wallets for a few weeks now, and I kept being drawn back to the SENDEFN brand. That had the most reviews and was in a very similar style to these Lavemi wallets. I didn’t like the way the logo was embedded on the interior in all capital letters on the SENDEFN wallets, even though I really loved the color and design and it got many good reviews. I read countless reviews on every wallet I was interested in and I just wasn’t 100% on any from a range of different styles and brands. Each one besides Lavemi had a feature or component missing that didn’t feel like it was the one. Then I came across Lavemi and was instantly drawn to the pretty script for the logo. It had the design I loved, the color, leather finish, and a key feature I was looking for: a removable ID slot case. I love that the removable ID slot is located inside of the wallet, unlike a number of other similar compact wallets I saw, where the slot to keep the removable slot case was right under the clasp on the outside of the wallet. That was a key safety feature Lavemi had that increased it’s selling point for me. There are 2 additional window slots inside of the window for other ID’s or photos. The script finish on the interior is much more subdued and classy compared to similar designs and brands. I took a chance and ordered this wallet despite many earlier reviews stating their wallet arrived without the flower/sun emblem. Mine did and I was also pleasantly surprised that the interior is a gorgeous gold color! This touch gives such an elegant flare to the wallet that I absolutely love! Supposedly, an oil wax finish to leather makes it last longer and is a sturdier/more water resistant finish. This is also a key reason in why I chose the shinier version as opposed to the pebble finish. So far, I already filled the wallet with coins, cash and cards, and do not notice any significant change to its width. The dual button closure is a nice touch for when you need to add more to the wallet. I don’t see why that’s a complaint if it’s natural for the wallet to expand a bit if you add more to it. I find the design to feel compact yet sturdy, and that there is a lot of room and options to store so many things! I love how deep the interior pockets that are in the second flap are. I also do not notice the card slots feeling stiff or too thin as other reviews have mentioned. I think the wallet feels how leather should- tough yet malleable (I made a video to showcase this but couldn’t upload more than one). Overall I will rate this wallet a 5/5. I find it to appear more expensive than it is, I love the variety of color options, how easy it is to use and store all of my items, and that it feels secure awhile being compact. I will definitely recommend this piece to family and friends, and it’s at a price that can’t be beat! Included are pictures with and without flash— Just look how gorgeous!! I am very happy with this Lavemi women’s leather wallet! The light blue color is absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person. The floral snap detail and decorative cutout design give it such a classy and feminine look without being too flashy. The wallet feels soft but sturdy, and the zipper and snap closure work smoothly. I love that it has RFID blocking protection for credit cards, which gives me extra peace of mind when shopping or traveling. It has plenty of room for cards, cash, and my ID while still staying compact enough to fit nicely in my purse. It is the perfect size to fit in my purse, there are 10 credit card slots, a full length bill compartment and numerous other features. This wallet comes in 27 different colors, you are bound to find the color you want. I picked the brown one because it matched my new purse.
