When my wallet first arrived, the smell was awful- formaldehyde maybe? Whatever it was, it was too potent to leave in the house so I put it out in the garage. A day later, my 3-car garage bore the smell too! I began to think I'd need to return it. Then, I forgot about it for a few days. Yesterday (one week later) I checked it again and the smell was gone. The moral of this story is, if you're buying the wallet for travel, make sure you order well in advance of your departure date and let it sit outside for a week. As for the wallet particulars, it is everything I required for travel: RFID, holds my iPhone (I have a 13 mini, but it could accommodate something a little larger); comes with a wristlet strap so I'm less likely to drop or set it down somewhere and forget it; it is even large enough to hold my passport so I'm not rummaging around in my purse/backpack while at the airport. It ticks all the boxes, as well as being a functional wallet in every other respect. As for aesthetics, it is charming! I like the color (I have "waxed pink") and choosing one was difficult because they are all attractive. I also like the metal flower/sun motif on the clasp and the leather tooling. I could do without the butterflies, which is too cutesy for me, but not a deal breaker. I am going on vacation next week and looking forward to test-driving my new wallet. ... show more

    • A practical, easy to use, great little wallet !
I bought this wallet last August to replace an aluminum RFID blocking wallet that was falling apart. After using the aluminum wallet for a couple of years I realized that I wanted something sturdier and less apt to fall open when dropped- and something that would hold more cards and cash. I have been using this new wallet for almost 4 months - I wanted to wait before writing a review. I'm very pleased with it, and glad that I took the time to read other reviews before buying it. This little wallet is very practical and easy to use and holds more than my previous metal and plastic wallet. Currently I have 9 cards in it and a wad of cash. It even has a small zippered area that could hold a few coins. It has a good quality look and feel. The zipper is strong, easy to use and best of all, holds the wallet closed so even if you drop it you don't have to worry about losing things. The interior is a strong cloth, not cheap plastic like my previous wallet. When you open it you the cards stay securely in until you pull them out. For example, I just now opened the wallet and turned it upside down and the cards do not eve fall out -this is because the slots are somewhat stiff and hold the cards in more securely than wallets that have plastic interiors. I like the fact that there is a windowed section on the outside of the wallet that you can put a card sized item in such as a drivers license. There is only one small negative. Its a little bulkier than my prior wallet, but I totally don't mind because its so much more functional ! It is still less than 4.5" x 3.25"and about 1 & 1/8 inch thick when full. Purse is great quality, holds at least 10+cards I love the extra compartments. The size is not too big, zipper quality is good. It nice a wrist strap for extra hold and the color compliments any outfit that you wear. Can be used classy or casual.

It took a minute to get this wallet but let me tell you, it is worth it! I was searching hard for something to hold all my stuff, money, change, coupons, receipts, rewards cards and bank cards and i have found the perfect wallet. It comes in a box and it looks very well made. Of course it would have to, to hold all that. It comes with a snap close 2 of them, so if you have more than i do you can still close it shut. It also has a back zipper for your cash and coin and whatever else you'd like to stuff in there and an extra card holder insert so if you have a lot of cards to store. I am so happy with this purchase! Definitely worth the purchase! It comes with a strap so if you just want to carry that and not a purse you can as well but fits perfectly in my purse. No phone holder but if you leave out the cash and coin a small thin phone might fit in there and it would still zip but my phone doesn't fit. ... show more
