This dress is really pretty and comfortable with adjustable straps! I personally would wear some shapewear underneath as the way it lays kind of enhances a stomach pooch the color is vibrant and fun with a shinny finish. It does have a side zipper but I just slid it on without using as it has some good stretch to it. I’m not sure how washing would go if the pleats would stay or not. ... show more

The XL was too small on my size 16 self. I tried another style the same but with a waist and that was more flattering but not by much. Both had an unfortunate placement of spot patterns right on the belly and the tightness accentuated it. I bought another plissé/ pleated dress that I originally thought was too large but it wasn’t and it made my figure look amazing. Comfortable and stretchy, perfect dress for a wedding I attended. I was around 20wks pregnant so it was bump friendly and breathable material. Wouldn’t consider it maternity though due to the zipper up the side of the dress, wouldn’t have worked for me as I got bigger. Overall super cute
