My son needed new work shoes and trying to fit a size 14 is no easy task. These shoes fit that difficult bill and so much more. My son said they were comfortable right out of the packaging and he wore them to work without any breaking in period or discomfort. He said the inside is very cushion-y and comfortable. For a big guy on his feet for 8 and 9 hours shifts, that is high praise indeed. Should he need another pair eventually, we'll be back for more.

I usually go with the sketcher step ins but they’ve been getting expensive over the years, so I’d figure I’d try these. Look good,comfortable, fit well, the stepping in part is kinda snug but I figure it’ll loosen up after some time. Fits and feels just like sketchers, but less expensive. Don’t know how durable they are, I do a lot of walking for my job so that info will be forthcoming.

These shoes are great. I bought them for work. I work at a place with a ceramic floor and the floors get very slippery. I have not slipped once. After I mop, it’s a bit slippery, but if I walk carefully, I don’t go down and am able to move easily. I am a woman size 11 and ordered a men’s size just to be on the safe side. I ordered 9.5 wide and my feet fit in them well. They look a little bulky, but are comfortable for a long shift. I probably could have ordered the 9 wide, but I’m happy to have room for socks and my feet not pinched. They are a little heavy and bulky, but they are so easy to get your feet into. I can get them on my feet without having to jam them in there. I like that a lot, that I’m not fighting with them just to get my foot inside. If you are looking for something supportive and good for non-slip, these are great sneakers at a good price point. I saw some cheaper pairs, and I am happy I went with these.

I really liked these shoes for about the first month. After I got them broken in, the right shoe seemed to have a very subtle raised area on the sole directly under the ball of my foot. I tried different insoles, but I would eventually start feeling that "lump" after a while. It probably wouldn't be so apparent if these weren't my work shoes that I wear every day for 12 hours, walking up to 3 miles/day. I eventually replaced them with a different brand boot that is much more comfortable on those long days at work. I now wear these shoes when I cut the grass, since that doesn't take more than an hour. My "princess and the pea" foot doesn't start feeling any discomfort until I've had them on for a couple hours. Everything else seemed to work as advertised as far as the light weight, non-slip, and waterproof claims. I would guess my shoe had a slight manufacturing flaw, like an extra fold in a piece of fabric that caused the raised area. Those small details start to matter when you have to wear them for an extended amount of time.

Recipient says these are nice looking, and fit size wise but feel they are a bit "weird" fit and feels they will take some time to "break in". He liked them enough he didn't want to return them, just they aren't as comfy as hoped when buying new shoes.
