I wound up using these crates side by side on the bottom shelf of my baker's rack turned coffee bar. I really like the way they look and how they corral the items to make them look neater. The darker finish is sharp looking and the handles give it a country touch. I like that they have the hardware to hang them on a wall, but I couldn't really find anywhere in my house that they would work that way. They are a little deep for that application. These are very lightweight and nest inside each other to conserve space when not in use. I'm pleased with these crates.

I purchased these stackable wooden crates for aesthetically-pleasing storage purposes and I am not disappointed. These crates are very durable. They aren’t exactly lightweight but they’re not too heavy…the wood is thick and solid and the slats aren’t spaced too far apart to make them unusable. They have white rope handles which seem to be attached well. They’re stackable but if using in a display stand configuration then no problem because there are small display stands included. I think these are very cute and will make a nice addition to anyone’s bohemian/vintage/retro aesthetic home decor.

These are really nice!!! Do you ever order something you aren't sure of when you look at the pictures? I didn't expect more than decent looking storage when I ordered these crates. They're so cute in person, and so on trend right now. They'd be great as displays for crafts, books toys or just about anything else. We're going to use these boxes as displays at craft fairs this month. My daughter in law has been crocheting animals and other things to help make money for the holidays. You can see how cute all her little animals are going to look in these crates. They stage items very nicely, but they're a practical size for organization. Toilet paper, kitchen supplies, laundry cleaners, almost everything will look great in these crates. There are no defects and the construction is well done, but not substantial Be careful around those little white star things. They're made to go into the wood and are very sharp. There are very good holes for hanging on the wall, so we think the stars are meant to go on the bottom, to protect surfaces if you aren't hanging them, but to be honest, we aren't sure. I couldn't find the information on the listing. Just make sure you don't leave them around little kids because my grown husband poked his finger pretty good. Also, these are cute for display, or storage you want to be seen. They don't seem to be made to carry heavy items. I don't think I'd count on them to hold a lot of weight if mounted on the wall either . Bottom line: cute and trendy, but not designed for heavy loads.

This three wooden crates makes anything you put in or on it look good! They're lightweight and easy to hang on a wall using the attached screw slots on the back. That's what I did when we used them to display some items at a craft show. (see photo) They have some rope handles on the sides but they're more decorative than functional and I wouldn't trust using them to lift the crate with items inside. Another convenient feature is they stack together so after the show it's an easy and compact cleanup. We like the look, size and convenience! Bottom Line: Nice quality three-box wooden crate set. Definitely recommend!

As you can see in my pictures, I received these with the middle-sized crate already damaged. I decided to hang that one in the closet, where it won't be seen as much. Luckily, both damaged spots ended up being on the same crate, so the other two look as they're supposed to. I like the overall aesthetic of these decorative crates. I think the rope handles are a bit awkwardly long when hanging, but you can pull them back in and hide them behind whatever you have decorating the crates. The provided mounting hooks are a pain. I assume that with four small nails spread out, that's supposed to provide more support, but I think a couple of larger nails would have been easier. I lost a couple of nails while I was putting these in the wall (they popped out of the white casing), and had to move one hook three different times before it finally lined up. That's probably my own fault, but fair warning to be careful. Even after I got them into the wall, I can see that the nails aren't really holding it in as securely as I'd like. They're pretty short. I'm worried that the largest crate is going to pop off of the wall. I would probably advice just using your own nails or screws, I think these would feel a lot sturdier if I had. As it is, I don't want to put a lot of weight on them at all.

Like a lot of people, I am in constant need of creative storage, but I don't have a lot of room. These crates are charming, decorative, and functional. I stacked them on top of a small bookshelf to make more vertical space for books and a few knick-knacks. I chose not to mount them on the wall because of the rules of my rental, but the mounting system is easy, although once you hammer in the pieces, I dont know how well they could be pried out of the wall to be reused. Something I would want to ask the manufacturers. When the mounts are placed on the wall, they have a little peg that slides into a notch on the back of the crates, so measure twice to make sure your pegs line up properly with the two notches on the back! I have mine just stacked evenly on the long axis for stability and maximizing book space, but you could mount them asymetrically for a more artistic look. They also work as great baskets with the rope handles on the sides. A really nice set. I may buy another.
