I've used this to replace high sugar snack bars. I'm on a keto diet. Although, this is not keto friendly, I use it as a substitute for thinks like cup cakes, cinnamon rolls, torts, etc. Tasty with coffee or milk. I use it as a meal replacement when I'm in ketosis sometimes.
