I received my canvas yesterday and unfortunately the packaging was damaged. When I took the canvas out of the box, the canvas was damaged also. This was not the sellers fault, it was damaged during shipping. The canvas is beautiful! They did a great job. I contacted the seller about the damage and within 12 hours they started production on a new one for me. Great product and excellent customer service.

This company was wonderful to work with and my final product was amazing. My original order came to me with a small red mark printed on it and even though it was small, it still bothered me when I looked at it. Facebook's policy states that if it is a custom project than it is not refundable if there is an issue and you have to go through the business itself to help solve the problem instead. I got the company's email address from Facebook and they took care of it right away and had my new print out within the week. I am very impressed with them and will go through their company again if I buy another canvas.

I absolutely love this company for sending me the canvas that they did. I got this canvas in remembrance of my dog that passed away and it warms my heart every single day that I have such a large canvas to look at of my baby every single day, I miss him so much and this canvas just honestly makes it feel like he’s a little bit closer to me. Flawless. Just Beautiful. There were no words to explain the feelings when I saw my canvas. It was just as I pictured it. I was speechless. Also it came a couple days earlier than expected. I was hesitant about buying at first because the picture I uploaded was a random photo I took laying across the bed one morning I woke up that I happen to love with an Android smartphone. Yes, I said an Android smartphone. The picture depicted who I was in my natural state It was the perfect on. So I decided to make it a canvas for my bedroom. It fit over my bed perfectly. Please excuse my hanging expertise I did it on my own. But it still turned out great. Maybe later I will get someone to help me rehang it. The colors are vivid, radiant and very pleasing. They are not over glossed and the image is clear and looks just as the picture I uploaded from my smartphone. The size was correct and the price was not bad. It nothing I didn't like about my canvas and I will be reordering and recommended to others as well.

Final review and update… I received the second print using the original photo with no AI touch ups. The canvas is good, picture clear and I’m happy with it. I’m leaving a three star because of the hassle off the late shipment of the first canvas and the quality of the photo on the first canvas. Update…. They are replacing my canvas. I asked how something like this happens. They use AI to touch up photos. In my case the touch up was not reviewed before printing. My suggestion here is tell them in the instructions or by message that you do not want AI used to touch up the photo. After looking at the canvas there is more wrong with it than just one face. It’s multiple faces and any tattoo that is showing. Once I have my replacement I will update it again. Original review……They altered my original photo on a one face enough that it does not even look like the same child and it is completely different. Everyone else in the photo is correct. It was also a week late from delivery date that it should’ve been. I’ve requested a refund or a replacement if I get either one of those, I will update this review.
