I work as a nurse but I'm often in an office type setting, so I wanted scrub pants that could also pass for office slacks...and these do a fine job of being both sturdy scrubs and nice office pants. I'm female, so I was worried about the fit because my waist is smaller than my hips (unlike a male) but I couldn't find a similar type of pants that were long enough for me (I'm tall and need a 32" inseam) and for a decent price in women's clothing. These pants are well made, soft, not too thick or thin, and along with the elastic in the waste and the drawstring they are perfect for me, and the price couldn't be beat. And they're nice and roomy, no pinching or binding anywhere. I just ordered a second pair to add to my wardrobe as I prefer black pants (they go with anything). I think these pants would be ideal for a male, but it's nice they can be adjusted with the drawstring to fit a female also. Now I really wish I could find some nice generic looking tops that I could use for both scrubs and office wear! ... show more

These scrubs fit my father-in-law perfectly! They are easy for him to get on and off as they have no buttons, just elastic, and easier/faster for me to help him. (Fingers don't work as well when you're 89!) Plus, they have a back pocket and two front pockets for his wallet. Also, there is no elastic at the ankle, which can be a problem because the scrubs with the elastic at the ankle ride up. It's not so easy for someone who's 90 (7/27) to keep pulling them down when they are cold. Thank you for having such nice quality straight-leg elastic waist pants. ... show more

Waist had sufficient adjustment and was comfortable. Leg length was a little too long but usable. I originally ordered the large size which was a little too 'baggy.' I ordered another pair in the medium short size and they were a much better fit for me in all categories. The current order was for the medium waist, medium length, just to see the differences. Runs a bit large and I had to get these hemmed, otherwise a durable set of scrub pants. I own about 5 of these total. The colors don't fade, the drawstring is sturdy - it's the thick type, not that flimsy one (scrub wearers you know what I mean!) Only had to replace when I ripped them down the middle seam when I squatted to lift a patient off the floor (not mine), and even then I just sewed them back up - good as new. ... show more

These royal blue scrub pants are exceptional. Im a male, 5' 7", but am not skinny. I have more of an athletic fit with bigger thighs, butt and slim waste. All mens scrubs that are size medium are about 6-7inches too long. The problem with small sizes are that while the length is good, the waste is far too tight. These medium waste but small length pants get the job done! ... show more

    • The most comfortable scrub pants.
I don't usually write reviews but these pants feel so wonderful! They're very soft but not too thin like other scrubs. The elastic is not too tight and the drawstrings are a nice addition. The pockets are deep and the fit is excellent. I am very tempted to buy more pairs just to wear every day!

My husband likes elastic waist pants as casual wear around the house. He works a lot on the computer, and these pants look nice if someone comes to the house, and also are comfortable for sitting at a desk during the day.
