Ok, so.. I ordered these extensions after looking through the reviews on this site as well as tiktok.. I will say that the hair came incredibly fast, as in less than a day. Which I mean- can’t complain there. The next thing that I noticed is that the hair is extremely soft and I thought the colors in the hair were blended so beautifully. For the price, the quality of the hair itself is really great- from what I could tell. However, I never ended up being able to test with heat or wash them.. and that is because unfortunately the hair that I got- at the top of the wefts, had a bunch of string unraveling. And one weft in particular, the largest piece was really bad. Which was a super bummer tbh. Because if they hadn’t been like that, I wouldn’t have had any reason to return them. HOWEVER, here’s where the five star quality comes in.. they’re customer service.. I received a message from them asking me about the situation and then asking me if there was any way that they could make it right for me; offering to send me out a new pack of hair if I’d be willing to give their company another chance. So, of course I took their offer. When I tell you 5 star customer service.. I mean that genuinely. They talk to you like you’re a friend. They explain everything to you- as in all of the details when it comes to the shipping and also explain to you why they need certain information rather than just simply asking for it.. etc. I’m other words, they have a VERY human customer service. And that alone is worth the experience. So, I have given 5 stars for now simply because of how great the company has handled my situation.. I can’t give a full review quite yet, obviously. But I most definitely will once my new pack of LaaVoo hair gets here. So, to be continued.. 😊

I was recommended these extensions after a big hair company (Bombay hair) scammed me out of $310 for Remy extensions. Girl... THE UNIVERSE WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS!!! Best choice I've made in a long time. I was a little nervous because I felt like the price was too good to be true for real human hair. I bought 22" and 18" platinum blonde so I can dye my hair. Firstly, lemme start with how I pulled my extensions out, they were babbbbyy smooth. They felt amazing. The thickness is realistic, it's not super thick where you can tell the difference between your hair and the extensions. I would recommend buying 2 bundles with that fact tho. I did a hair strand test where I burned some of it with a lighter, and it didn't melt and smelled like real human hair. They took dye fantastically and I wore them for the first time today and I'm getting compliments left and right. Beautifully done. Thank you so much Lavvoo!

I had ordered a few different colors but this one was perfect for what I was looking for. I am currently letting my roots come in a little bit so for me this was a perfect blend of ashy blonde and a bit of my natural brown root. I have a little shedding here and there but that is normal with every brand I have tried. It is definitely thick enough as well! I was concerned that it wasn't going to be enough hair. I was wrong lol, it is plenty! I have had this pack on my head for about 2 months and I am still loving it. Yes there are tangles sometimes, but to me that is normal with the other brands I have tried as well. I will be shopping with LAAVOO again! Side note, the other two colors I ordered and returned was perfectly accepted for my refund. I did not open the hair.

I’ve always wanted hair extensions but they always seemed too pricey for my budget. Until now. I purchased the Balayage Dark Brown to Light Brown 100 Gram Weft in both 16” and 18” sizes and brought them to my hairdresser who installed to two rows of wefts (one 16” one 20” in each row). She used micro-beads to attach and sew the wefts in place. The hair offered by my salon would have costed triple the price I paid here, however even my hair dresser complimented the quality of this product and said there was enough left over hair from the two packs for another full install! First two pictures of are my hair without the extensions, the third pic is after the install but before washing. 4th pic is a close up of the hair after my first wash and blow dry. The hair didn’t tangle and was easy to dry and style. I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing again in the future.
