It does what it needs to. The main parts of my desk setup are a curved monitor, pc tower and drawing tablet. I also have a 10 gallon fish tank squeezed into the equation. I'm living on the edge, I know, but this desk has been a trooper. It's a two person job when it comes to building, but the instructions are straightforward enough and if you've got some intuition for putting furniture together, you'll be fine. When I first got it, I assumed it could seat two people. It can't, so I'll have to upgrade to a two person desk in the future, but it's great for anyone who wants an L shaped desk. It is very spacious, I have two monitors, keyboard, mouse and all my work notebooks with still more room to write and eat! No regrets! It's much bigger than I thought and much cheaper! I brought a hand crank standing desk last year which I loved but my son is using it now so I needed to purchase another desk! I purchased a L shaped this time.
