Pictures are a little misleading, there is no way you could fit dual monitors down the one side of the desk as they claim in them. And the monitor stand isnt going to hold more theb a picture frame. They must be using 10 inch monitors in their pictures. My fault I guess I should have paid attention to the measurements better. You also cant use the corner part because your knees hit the supports when you slide in even though they are angled and dont appear to be in the way in the pictures. I will probably have to give this desk to my kid and order a different one, as I'm sure return shipping is prohibitively expensive. ... show more

After spending a lot of time looking for the right desk, I decided to go with this one. When buying furniture, the dimensions are quite an important detail. So is the shape. Pictured in the product details the left is on the right. And thats what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it came on the left. Decided just to completely put it together anyway so I wouldn't be without my set up. Even though its blocking part of my walkway now, its a good desk for the money. Id probably give it 5 stars if I got the product I thought I was buying. Simple to put together for the most part. Wood doesn't feel terribly cheap like I had expected. Much sturdier than I had anticipated. The storage on the end is a nice feature along with the stand. I can't justify giving more than 1 star since its not what I ordered though. Going to try Amazon Customer Service to see what they can do as far as at least a discount since breaking it down and sending it back just seems like too much hassle. *Review Changed due to amazing customer service. I'm only changing the review because they did not ask me to in order to make it right. I've had companies in the past solicit review changes. The seller took care of the issue and made it right. I bought this product to place in my room with the bend on my right instead of the left. The product appears on all the images to the L Desk bend on the right side, instead of the left. I was using a 6ft foldable table for a desk but I decided to order a proper desk to feel more professional in my work from home gig. Obviously the trade off was space as the desk is not as large as a foldable table. That being said I like the desk and it looks good. It's easy to assemble and is sturdy enough for my podcast mic and monitor to be mounted to it. After unboxing it only took about 15 mins to assemble and they labeled most pieces with little stickers so you knew what went where. I did not attach the monitor stand because I didn't think I needed it but in hindsight I should have because it does give you a little extra real estate to put things on. I would definitely recommend this desk if you're tight on space (which I'm not) or if you want a rustic looking desk. I would definitely recommend this desk for students and for anyone who has mountable arms for podcast equipment or monitors. Also it is a good typing height and I don't feel any strain after sitting at the desk for awhile typing. Plus the support bar underneath is a good footrest. ... show more

This is a good desk for a budget desk. I have a streaming/video recording set up on it. I am able to clamp my monitors, microphone, lights, and camera to the desk with no issues. Something you should know: it is not very big and it is not very deep. I am able to use my mouse and keyboard, but I wouldn't expect to fit much of a monitor on the desktop. I have a dual monitor set up that clamps onto the desk and raises the monitors. It works just fine for me, but I would feel cramped with a monitor on the desktop. Other than the size being a bit small, it is pretty sturdy and I was able to drill into it and mount a surge protector onto the bottom of the desk. ... show more

Overall I have no complaints with this desk in terms of sturdiness, ease of assembly, and use for daily gaming. Main complaint was the parts, first desk came missing two of the main legs that hold the middle section together. The L shape was not on the correct side. The picture shows the long piece on the left and short side on the right. The one I received was opposite and would not fit where I intended to use it. There was not a way to flip it so I initiated a return but ended up just using the long section for a laptop desk somewhere else. It is very narrow so I do not recommend this desk with large monitors. I could not sit back far enough from the desk and reach the keyboard. It is OK for using a laptop. ... show more
