Quality through out. This cabinet looks awesome. It was very easy to assemble and install. Well built & well packed. I would definitely hook it up using a wall switch. I purchased the 72 inch cabinet that came as 3 - 24 inch units. I wired the outer two to the center then wired the center to a switched GFI circuit. Product is very nice and very well built. Customer service is great. shipping and packaging was very good. It comes in a wooden crate and each medicine cabinet is individually boxed with very heavy cardboard. One of my mirrors did have a small chip in it when I opened it up. There is no phone number to call but if you go to website you can contact through e-mail. I explained what happened and they immediately sent a new door. communication was slow because of time difference and being through e-mail but Krugg took care of everything in the end. One thing to note. I ended up wiring them direct without a switch so the heating element is always on and the small lighted rings for turning on and off are always illuminated. Directions say that you can wire to a switch and it would remember it's last state. This was not the case for me. It would remember the level at which the light was dimmed so when you turn them on they would be at the same level as when you turned it off. The problem is if you manually turn them off and leave the switch on to have defoggers working then turn off switch. The next time you turn on the lights should be off, but they come on. Not a huge deal but I have vanity lights controlled by the switch and wanted to only turn the mirror lights on when needed. Instead they would come on every time I would turn on the lights. Directions said they could not share a circuit with anything else. I isolated them and put them on their own switch and still the same. In the end I omitted the switch. ... show more

Looks well built and long lasting. It's been installed for a week. The instructions suggest putting this mirror on a switch because when it's on, the mirror heats regardless if the lights are turned off using the mirror button. I would suggest that the manufacturer wire the outlets separate so they are always on. Then one could have switched lights and heated mirror and not the outlets. ... show more

The price of this cabinet almost deterred me from buying, but after considering the purchase for several months, we bought it. The cabinet arrived in 5 pieces, very well packaged, with no damage at all. The installation instructions were good, and the pieces fit well together. I love love all the extra storage space these cabinets provide, as well as the extra light. We can keep our electric toothbrushes charging out of sight. The mirrors & glass seems to be a very high quality, especially compared to our previous mirror. We surface-mounted this - a recess mount is probably best done on new construction. The 2 larger cabinets light up inside when opened, and provide nice, dimmable LED light on the outside at the touch of a button. We ordered a $3,000 Krugg medicine cabinet from Amazon. When we opened the box one of the 3 mirrors was broken. I emailed Krugg using their website. They responded within 15 minutes and within one hour they agreed to send us a replacement. When I purchased the mirror I noticed their price was a little higher than some but I spoke to a local retailer and they stated that the customer service was MUCH better with Krugg.
