Bought this dress several months ago and wore it to two baby showers and a wedding. I was 7 months pregnant for the first shower, and eight months pregnant for the second shower and wedding. This dress was PERFECT! The smocking allowed room for the baby bump and I'm planning on wearing for family photos with the newborn 3 months postpartum. Don't second guess it, get this dress! It's beautiful, comfortable, light, airy, flowy, and modest. Perfect for an expecting mother or whomever! I will note, there is only one thing that bugged me. The smocking ends at the waist as opposed to under the bust. This bothered me while I was pregnant but it doesn't look bad and it did not feel uncomfortable against the belly. Loved the style of the dress! This dress was very pretty and light in material. It was very long and came down to my feet. The neckline was higher and I never worried about bending over. The sleeves were flowy and were perfect for the summer heat. I purchased it hoping I could wear it during my pregnancy when I was in the third trimester. There were a lot of pictures showing it as a maternity dress and it gave me hope that it would work. It was my third baby and I had only winter babies before and really needed something to get me through summer. I was pretty busty at the time and had a very large bump. I got the Green Floral size large and it was very big on me. The bust area bunched on the sides and the dress dragged a little on the floor. I had looked at the measurements and thought the large would be fine since I could've gone either the medium or large. I was uncomfortable with how the dress was on my bump in general. The stretchy part of the dress went over part of my bump and it just didn't feel right. It seemed to want to bunch at times and at other times it stayed put over the top part of my bump. It just didn't work for me. Overall the dress seemed decent but didn't work as a maternity dress for me. I think that if I was in the first trimester I would have liked this dress way more. And when not nursing I think this dress would be super comfortable and pretty. I would consider getting a smaller size at another time. But not for a third trimester. ... show more

I bought this dr as for a baby shower. I am a large chested woman and I was nervous the the chest area was going to be a tight material that pushes my boobs down. I bought a large & an extra large. I was pleasantly surprised when I got it and the top area was stretchy & breathable (πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ) the XL fit well but was a little big & long so I ended up keeping the large instead. The material is great and the design is great. However, I ordered dust rose and they sent me red. So sadly, only 3 stars. If I got the right color before my trip I'd give it 5 stars.

I bought this for a church dress back in spring and have worn it nearly every week since. The fit is glorious and it washes up super well, no shrinking or fading at all so far. I appreciate the modesty since I have little kids and don't need to worry about my clothes staying in place. The dress is also very lightweight and comfortable even when the weather is hot. Two things to note: 1) no pockets sadly and 2) the neck ties with long strings, which my small children love to pull and untie. But these are very minor opportunities for improvement.
