This replaced a cover that is no longer available, but this is so much better! Light, but durable, it allows for air to flow below the table, which is good. The old cover was heavier, but it was too long and was chewed up a few times by our lawnmower. Also, the lack of airflow caused a nasty white powdery substance to form under the table. This cover also has six clips that attach to your chair legs, which has helped keep it in place, even in 30+ kph winds. And the rainwater is held very well by the material and is easy to shake onto the ground. Highly recommend this cover!

Attached photos show: waterproofed (?) seams, good feature excess fabric 'flap' by umbrella hole to allow hole expansion for larger umbrellas, great feature solid zipper to allow removal/install of cover without removing your heavy umbrella, great feature white piping color: meh. NOT a functional problem - just a style preference (I don't like contrasting colors) Review: Sewing quality good, no 'hidden' overstitching or loose seam problems. We have a metal patio table with extensions. It's been a real pain to cover it in summer to prevent inevitable rusting of metal furniture. My intention is to use this cover only in summer, In Winter, I have a smaller cover which will be left on for several months. The good: It fits our long table. Umbrella hole, cover has a long zipper to facilitate taking cover on and off without removing heavy umbrella. Easy on/off placement with this unit. Love this umbrella hole. Almost makes me look forward to bad summer weather. Even better, at first glance I thought the zipper stitching was faulty, that an extra inch or so of fabric was mistakenly stitched overlapping and creating a loose flap on the underside of the cover right next to the umbrella hole. As I unzipped it, I realized it was a clever feature which gives the elasticized edge of the hole to expand if you have a larger diameter umbrella. The loose flap underneath enables this feature. Nice. Has the typical plastic clips at strategic points to help secure for windy days. All seams have what looks like a waterproofing tape underneath the seams. Hopefully that will free me from adding waterproofing tape and sealer, as I do for most of the outdoor 'fabric' items I get. Possible concerns: Fabric is thin. I'm old school and am used to thicker woven-type fabrics (like synthetic backpack fabric) for my furniture covers. Online description says it's strong, but I have no experience with this type of cover. Time will tell. It will be wonderful if this is as strong as claimed. Tired of regularly buying new covers to replace older failed ones. Water proofed seams or not? Although the underside of the seams has a shiny tape-like look on every seam, it seems (*bad pun*) the seam stitching was made after the tape or waterproofing was applied, unless they used some sort of melting process on top of the already sewn seams. I'll wait until the first rains to see if whatever they they used does work. Camping store with plenty of seam sealer just down the road, if necessary. I do not like the corded cinching in this or any of my existing covers. No problems yet on this cover, but I've already ripped a few of my older covers from other manufactures by tightening the string/cord too much resulting in the tearing of the edge of those other covers. Edge 'cloth tunnels' for me are always the most vulnerable part of patio furniture covers, especially in this price range. Simply tightening the string bunches up the fabric unless you are meticulously going back and forth with every tug, to work the string through the 'traffic jam' of bunched fabric so you can go back to the string and tighten a bit more, than go back and ease the jam up only to repeat the process over and over. Or you can get frustrated and end up pulling too hard, ripping the fabric stitching and edge. Been there, done that on other covers. This cover, reviewed today, is large and 'bunching' happens. It is probably inevitable. Needless to say, I did not want to possibly end up pulling hard to avoid tearing this new item. May happen, may not. As I've said, I have no experience with this new-to-me thinner fabric used in this cover. I've gotten to the point of not using that feature on any cover, because the only quick fix I've made (probably a lazy one) is fabric repair tape which usually ends up a temporary and unsightly fix. I wish they wouldn't add this feature so helpful unknowing friends won't embarrass themselves (and vex me!) when they inevitably try to help with cleanups without asking. If this cover does not tear when I eventually pull the cord too hard, I will enthusiastically return to this review and amend it with my happiness! AGAIN, IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE why I mention this tearing phenomenon I've experienced with OTHER covers. It is just to explain why I generally do not like this feature, from past experience with other covers. And, finally, cosmetics. I'm not a big fan of the white perimeter and corning edge piping. Might make it easier to see what you're doing when putting on the cover, but my preference is all black. Minor detail. Summary: This is a good and useful product for me if the fabric lasts. I haven't found anything better in this reasonable price range. I'd recommend it with these minor (in some cases, LOL) concerns. Why 4 stars and not 5? I cannot give this product a full 5 stars because of my questions about durability of 'thinner' materials. Only time will tell. I hope others chime in with their experience, good and bad.

We made an end of summer purchase of an outdoor dining set. It needs to be covered because we live in the upper midwest and we get lots and lots of snow for half the year, lol. I like that there is an opening for the umbrella, because I usually have to lay that down under the table for storage. This way, it can be upright. The umbrella has its own cover, which is great, so that's good. The material is very heavy oxford, which is waterproof and not easily lifted by wind. We covered everything with this, then wrapped a big ratchet strap around it, just because it's in the part of the yard that gets the harshest and most brutal wind gusts. It fits nicely, feels very durable and secure and cinches tight at the bottom to help prevent fly-offs. I am super happy with it.

it's certainly not as neat looking as pictured in the product information, but it does the job. Plus, our table is a bit smaller than the cover. The ties underneath are quite long and can attach to the other side. The zipper is on one side of the cover, works well and starts at the umbrella opening. It's a lightweight fabric that repels water, so that's good. I don't know how heavy duty it might be, but it will protect our metal/tile table from the elements, and the straps will keep the cover from blowing off, so that's a good thing.

This cover is perfect! I am actually using it for my wicker sofa on my my patio. It's 60 inches long and this cover is versatile enough to use on the sofa until I am ready to cover the table (which we typically use until Jan) The material is very heavy duty in a good way. Not heavy but by no means flimsy. This will last for many years. It is exactly what I was looking for!

I needed to upgrade my old patio table cover. It was pretty beat up. This cover feels a little thinner than my old one. I like that there is an opening for the umbrella. I already took my umbrella down and put it in the garage, but it's nice that there is an option to keep it up with this cover. I'm not sure how I feel about the straps. My old cover just used hook and loop "velcro" type straps. This one uses adjustable buckle latch type straps. These may prove to be more secure than the old ones. I'll find out the next really windy day. Overall, I like this cover. I'll have to wait and see how well it holds up.
