I’m tall and slender (5-9, 127 pounds) with long legs. In print this sounds great but in reality it’s always a struggle for me to find inexpensive dresses that fit. When I buy my size they’re waaaay too short. When I size up I get a little more length but the dresses hang like a sack off my shoulders. I loved this dress when I saw it online but I had my doubts that I could wear it. When I pulled it out of the bag I was disappointed because I was sure it would be too short. When I put it on though I was very pleasantly surprised and so happy with it. Most people would probably describe it as a tad short on me but it’s not inappropriate for normal daytime wear and I don’t feel self-conscious in it. If you’re of average height it’s probably perfect. I chose the medium and it’s a great fit. There’s something about the simple design and the soft gentle stretch of the fabric that makes the fit very flexible and forgiving. This pretty dress also skims over any “lumpy” areas you might want to camouflage. I love the pockets but I think I might try to avoid standing around with my hands in them. The fabric is so light and stretchy that in my case, I felt like it caused the dress to look kind of misshapen and tight across the backside. Someone had asked about how sheer it was. I can’t speak for all of them but I bought the light blue floral version and it’s not at all see through. If you’re on the fence about getting this dress I’s say go for it.
