The material is nice and thick - but not too thick for warm weather, but thick enough so that it's not too sheer, but just right! The colors are beautiful and vibrant...wait for it...it has...POCKETS!!!...two!! The length is about an inch below my knees in the front and two to three inches in the back. I was surprised at how flattering is it on me. It covers my knees, which is essential for me; it fits nicely around the chest, and it has a lovely drape - just the right amount of material. I hand-washed it this morning, and as soon as it dries, I'll try it on again, but I don't anticipate any problems. I'm almost 5' tall and weigh about 85 pounds and bought the XS. Since there is no waist band or elastic waist, I don't have to worry about where the waist will hit me. I think this style would look well on any figure. I have more this dress quite a few places and it is held up so much in the wash you can wash it on a wash it on a low to medium cycle don’t ever put it on a permanent press or anything like that you don’t wanna stretch it but if you’ll put it in like with darks like you know your lingerie and stuff like that and wash it it will last a long time it’s a very durable dress and it’s very beautiful and you can wear it anywhere you were to concerts I put on the bike shorts up underneath my cause I’m kind of a bigger girl but I wear the bike shorts under it and more flip-flops and go to concerts in it I went to out to dinners with family in it I wore it to church and it’s just so beautiful and complementary try wearing it with a long silver or gold necklace with a little charm on the end of it looks very beautiful that way. You can wear Slides, tennis shoes, like the kids tennis shoes or you can wear some comfortable flip-flops with it. I bought this dress two years ago and it still looks like brand new. I wear it to work all the time and it is a very flattering cut, especially if you are a bigger woman. I try very hard to hide my big belly and this dress is cut in a way so that you look like a slimmer version of yourself. I love the pockets too. When I need to run an errand in the building, I can just stick my phone in my pocket and they are deep enough that I don't have to worry about it falling out. I love ✨almost✨ everything about this dress. It does fit as expected and is comfortable for the most part. The only thing I don’t like is the arms. If you have bigger upper arms, the sleeves will be pretty tight. It’s weird because the dress isn’t tight anywhere else. They do stretch a little throughout the day, but not a lot. I will definitely still wear it because like I said, it’s super comfy, just be aware that the arms will be taking your blood pressure for most of the day. ... show more

I now have 5 of these dresses. They're great for humid summers in the South. I'm 5'4" and it hits at the top of my knee so I feel ok wearing it out of the house, and the darker prints and colors I got aren't see-through. I'm a sz 12 in most everything and the XL is a comfy flowy fit, while the L is a little more fitted in waist and bust depending on the look and feel you want. Only issue is that the pattern is very random, and you might end up with a decorative pastie on one boob 😳🤣 (see pic). It's comfy enough that I kept the boob one for around the house and ordered another one for wearing out, and the pattern hit me just fine on the second one. ... show more

Yes this dress is not made with the best materials and the best workmanship but it works. It really is a lovely dress. 10 times happier than I thought I would be about this product I liked it so much that I gave it to my daughter is 29 and she liked it so I needed to buy another. I bought nine of these dresses--five solids and four patterned. I love them. I have been wearing them non-stop since they arrived a couple of weeks ago. They are incredibly comfortable. Haven't washed them yet (other than spot-washing when I dripped something on them), so I can't speak to that.
