I reluctantly ordered a medium after reading the sizing issues but it fit me perfectly. I'm 5'8" and the dress hit me at my calves which is perfect for since it's hard to find a length being that tall. The material is cool, not clingy and the dress falls perfectly and is flattering.

I ordered a 2X it fits well in the shoulders and chest area. I typically wear a 16W and went with the size recommendation. My mid section is on the thick side so obviously it doesn’t look as nice as the skinny model but the dress is still comfortable and I am keeping it. It is not tight in the mid section so I’m ok with that, the dress is plenty long so if you’re tall it will still work for you. This dress fits perfect!! Instantly my new favorite dress and I now want all the colors. Now let me go on a little tangent. I’m a DDD, so when I read reviews on dresses or clothes, I’m looking for the bustier women to give honest reviews. I swear, 90% of the time people say in reviews that they are a DDD and the clothes fit them, I try them on and I’m busting out. So either they don’t know their bra size, are there exaggerating (honestly nothing to brag about, they’re a giant nuisance in my life (literally)). I can honestly say, this dress will hold in the ladies without smushing or popping open. Not only that, it makes them look beautiful!     • Runs large but it’s pretty!
I usually take a size XL or L but ordered a medium due to reviews. Even the medium is too big. I should have ordered a small. Too bad because it’s really quite pretty! So size down when you order.

I ordered this to wear to my daughter’s baby shower. I absolutely loved the dress…until I washed it. The colors bled. I washed in cold water with a color catcher, still no help. Fits great for larger bust without being oversized all over. Size chart is accurate. I had to order XXL to fit bust size but because it is fitted at the waist the rest of the dress was not huge and hanging. Comfortable. Doesn’t wrinkle.

    • Not made for manly shoulders
Loved this dress, but it was not made for women with broader shoulders. I could not lift my arms because the shoulder area was too snug. Otherwise, it fit perfectly and is a really beautiful dress.
