I am so happy that my fears about getting these didn't come to pass. I have always ONLY been able to wear the KOI Lindsay scrub pant. No other brand at all. I am overweight and short. Worst combination for finding scrubs. I'm 5'2" and 200 lbs. The Lindsay petite has always worked for me because they are generous in the thighs and waist and bum. The cord at the hem helps a lot because I can get the length right without hemming. But, I have wanted to get the slimmer leg since that style seems to be more in fashion now. BUT, every time I have tried to find slimmer scrub pants they never fit. Clearly slimmer pants are meant for slim, tall bodies! Now, finally with these new Lindsay pants I can have a slimmer cut without having them too tight in the legs or small in the waist. I trusted Koi that my size in the regular Lindsay pant would work in this slimmer style. And it did! I wear a 3X Petite in the regular Lindsay and I bought the 3X Petite in these. Sure enough Koi got it right. I am thrilled and so grateful. The only issue I have is these are maybe 1/4" too long. I am hoping they might shrink a teeny bit in the length. Or I may try rolling the waistband down in the back. Koi, I would love it if these were also offered with the cord at the leg hem. Still, I'm keeping them. And I am excited to go to work tomorrow feeling a bit more in style. ... show more

Love these pants! I have ordered and returned so many pairs of scrub pants for one reason or another. That is until I found these! I am a plus sized woman who hates wide legs. These scrubs are just the right width and they even have a small slit at the ankle. I was sceptical that they would look like yoga pants because they were advertised as stretch. However, the fabric looks and feels like cotton, but they do have some give. I am 5'4"tall which falls right on the line between petite and regulat length and I hate having to hem anything.     • Waist to thigh ratio way off
Weird fit. I love the Koi Lindsey pant but am getting annoyed at how wide the legs are and seem to be getting wider. I was hoping the stretch would actually be stretchy but it’s almost imperceptible. I have to hike them up constantly all day since they have a huge waist in comparison to the thigh width. They could be cute if I didn’t have to adjust them all day, were stretchier and more comfortable. Also I normally wear a size small in the Lindsey and based on other reviews I bought a size up/medium. The thighs fit great/snug and I like the tapered athletic leg, but like I said the waist was giant. Now amount of tightening the drawstring can keep them in place. These are way better than the original Lindsay's. They have all the good stuff: solid drawstring, great pockets, comfy material with great colors, but without the baggy elephant legs or those horrid plastic dangles at the bottom. These are the best scrub pants I have ever owned and I have been buying lots of different brands over the last six years. I am very weird about the fit of my scrub pants and these are perfect. I hate scrub pants that are too wide on the legs so I bought the skinny stretch version of these and they are perfect. Not too tight, just the right fit. They are lightweight and very comfortable. Lots of pockets on these which is one of my favorite things about them. BUT my very favorite thing about them is that they come in tall sizes!! I originally ordered a small one because I did not see they came in tall sizes and they fit just right almost everywhere but were a little too short. I’m all legs. Then I realized they came in tall sizes so I ordered the small tall size and they are a match made in heaven lol. ... show more

I love KOI and how they feel on the skin. I would've gave these pants and 5 star rating, but due to the the right backside pocket, I had to give 4 star rating. The stitch work is incredible and very well on point, but I have another pair of these pants (KOI Kathy Peterson XL Petite), and for some reason the back pocket it seems to never hold up. This is quiet frustrating because KOI products are not cheap, but they are the best. My other pair of KOI I've had for years and still look brand new but that back pocket starts to show that I had them for awhile. The amazing thing is I still get compliments on them and that makes me feel better. I would normally wear a large petite, but due to bending, lifting and squatting I go up a size. So, sizing is an issue for me unfortunately and due to my size, height and measurements I can go from a L, XL and 2X depending on the fit - Straight, Relax, Bootleg, and Stretch. I took measurements: Height - 5'1", Thigh - 24', Hip - 46', Waist - 40' and Bust 42DDD (I did not buy scrub top yet, but that's next). I went with a larger size for comfort 2X, due to working in hospital and now with COVID-19. If you are the ones that have to work longer shift hours, being comfortable it the best option in my book. I also took in consideration of going up a size would make pants bigger or bagger, but I rather go with bagger than have someone see my backside when I squat down. ... show more
