I have been in healthcare for over 30 years and in most places I'm required to wear scrubs. After wearing "standard" scrub pants for a long time I found these cargo-like scrub bottoms and will never go back. They are great looking and allow me to wear them when I'm out and about running errands or having a lazy day without looking like scrubs. When I'm working there are so many places that I can keep different items instead of trying to carry around too much in my hands. These are soooo comfortable and are true to size. They last a long time too!

These are my favorite scrubs! They don't balloon out everywhere, fit my legs without being too tight or jogger pants, and they have pockets! The only thing I don't like is that the back pockets have velcro on them. This means I can't use them for my phones.

I love these scrubs. I am a nurse and have been wearing these for almost 20 years (not the same pair but you WILL get a number of years out of each pair). They are so soft and durable. They wash well and don’t need ironing. They also have many pockets which is wonderful. The style is as attractive as scrubs come. I highly recommend these pants.

The material is great, they are definitely comfortable and easy to move around in. I'm 5'1", 148 lbs and I usually wear a size 8-10 in regular jeans and a size Medium in sweat pants, so when I ordered these I thought they would fit well. Right out of the bag, I liked the color, material and all the pockets. I liked the drawstring at the waist and at the ankles, however I was surprised at how large they looked without even trying it on. Putting them on and tying the drawstring as tight as I could, the pants were obviously too big that my attendings would probably send me home because I looked sloppy. I will order smalls and hope the legs aren't so baggy. The length is normal for a petite size, and if you wear clogs, they should be fine. If not, you can always cinch it off at the ankles if you're allowed to wear tennis shoes. The brand sells "Extra Petite" sized pants, but the only colors they have are navy, black and stone.

Found a pair of Navy Medium Tall Koi at GoodWill for a few dollars. Bought for lounging and projects around the house. This pair is so comfortable. Looked up the brand here. Ordered a pair of white, camel, and charcoal. Liked these so much bought another pair of navy, white, and charcoal. Have enough to include in my permanently packed bag for road trips in the Jeep and eventually Sprinter Van. The quality, feel, comfort is incredible. I particularly like the painter pant of the 70’s vibe. As I’m often doing a reno project and a hammer is helpful. Side pockets for a phone, pencil, whatever. These, Jeans, and linen pants are my favorite go to’s for everyday use. For the house or travel. A few favorite aspects, they’re an inch on the long size so the cord grip at the bottom is perfect when in flip flops or barefoot during summer. The waste ribbon is a solid build and it’s cool there’s belt loops too. For extra support as needed. Lots of pockets. If you’re in nursing, doctor, or just a women on the go busy these pants are a great edition for any day work and play. #FanForLife ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

I've bought this style many times before. I like the fit. Drawstring with some elastic in waist. Length is good for me and I have used the drawstrings on the pants cuff when walking in rain and spraying down kennels. Will continue to buy.

So it took me a bit of trying to figure out what kind of pants fit! I love Koi in general and this style of pants is my all time favorite! The only problem I have run into is that the large are a smidge tight but the x-large is pretty baggy. I need like a large & a half LOL Shipping was as expected, packaging was acceptable, and product is exceptional. What I really like ... pockets, pockets, and more pockets with a few loops added in as a bonus! The material is soft, but also thick and sturdy. They are flattering, and I'm not a small girl so that is nice. The range of motion in these is truly spectacular! My closet space is almost completely taken over by scrubs. Somehow I wound up with 13 pairs of Koi pants (several pairs found at Good Will and the rest bought through this seller) in a variety of colors, only repeat color is my 2 black pairs. I have large, extra large, and large tall. Larges are a bit anug, but I can still move pretty well in them. Extra larges are fairly loose, but I can tie rhem and they are fine. Large talks seem to be the best of both worlds, but they are too long so I have hemmed those. I read someone else commented about the annoying stretchy things at the bottoms cracking on the floor. I agree and have removed a few of them for that purpose. I have purged all non Koi pants from my closet :-) woot woot I HIGHLY recommend.

I fell in love with these pants after finding a pair at a thrift store years ago. these are great all-around work pants with lots of utility pockets and a hammer loop but maybe not durable enough for working in the trades. with the exception of tears in the knees, my original pair has held up well, but my new ones developed a big tear in the outer seam within the first month i owned them. its not a big deal since it was easily mended, but maybe the quality of this brand has gone down?
