Great top! I have gotten so many compliments on it. Very thin lightweight material, but not so much that I feel like it won't hold up. There isn't any stretch but the fit is great, I have a bigger chest and it fits nicely at the top without looking like a tent at my waist. I ordered my usual size and it worked out perfect. This is one of the most comfortable scrub tops I've bought. The material is light, but not see-through. The only draw back for me is that if you carry a bunch of supplies in your front pockets it tends to stretch and lower the neckline a bit much. But other than that fits well and you'll stay comfortable for the whole shift.

Material is thin but not see through. DDD bust and roomy enough in chest without feeling too large on the waist. Pockets have a very puffy or by puckered look doe to accent stitching I hadn't noticed in the online pictures.

Koi tops usually run small on me, so I got this one size larger than usual. It is a little big through the middle, but perfect in the chest. If not too busty, I’d say stick to your usual size

I love the fit and feel of this scrub top, and it is a very flattering print. However, the material has a nylon feel to it and it is very, very thin. I've only worn it a couple of times, but I'm hoping that it launders well and doesn't get snags or pulls on it.

Love this top. It’s very lightweight and had some stretch to it. Order your normal size. I went up a size because Koi tops usually run small. Not this one though. I’ve decided not to exchange it though because I always wear a long sleeve shirt underneath. It’s a pretty top and can be worn with almost any color scrub pant. I normally wear an XL. Ordered a 2x. Like I said, An XL would’ve been perfect.
