    • The absolute best scrub pants that have ever existed. Koi, please bring them back!
Size: Small Color: Azalea Pink
The Koi Lindsey cargo pant is the perfect scrub pant, and I am heartbroken that they are apparently discontinuing them. I love the sturdy but soft, breathable, and comfortable fabric (which is a cotton blend but more cotton than not), the many useful pockets, the loop for your stethoscope or your Kelly clamp with rolls of tape, the drawstring waist and relaxed fit. These are the most functional and durable scrub pants I’ve ever found in just over a quarter century of working as a registered nurse. The material is adequately thick to ensure that you have no panty lines or cellulite showing, and the durability is beyond comparison. I have pants that are well over a decade old and still in great shape. These wash well, are comfortable in any weather, and can be worn in public as regular civilian cargo pants-at least I think so. They are really well made with gussets and extra stitching at the stress points, and I also love the elastic in the cuffs that can be cinched up, so I can convert them to capri pants if I want to (and I do! I wear my oldest and best broken in old ones when I kayak). I love the color choices-which stay saturated and bright even when they’ve been washed a million times, and I desperately wish they would bring back the more cotton than anything else tops from the old Koi line that looked great with the pants-especially the faux wrap style ones that tie on the side. I ruined my 2 favorite ones-turquoise and pink-with malfunctioning pens, and I don’t think I will ever get over it. Stock up in your size (and these are true to size!) and favorite colors while you still can! ... show more

    • Great pick
Size: Small Color: Navy
These are my favorite scrub pants. Not only are they comfy pockets are big enough to fold in your stethoscope. I like that they don’t write up when I sit down. They’ve held up excellent in the wash over the past nine months.

    • Overall Good
Size: Small Color: Navy
Good pants. I sized up to a S for them to be more baggy in the legs, but it did make the waistband larger and the pants easier to fall with things in my pockets. XS on the other hand was tighter on my legs than I liked, but good in the waist.

LOVE these pants. They are so comfortable and have stretch. It’s like wearing pj pants to work! The tie is a nice touch and adds a little pop of color. I’ve told anyone who will listen how much I love this product. 5’4” and 140 lbs. Ordered size small and fits perfectly.
