Beautiful to look at and well packed to the point of overkill. I was happy to get the product but accidentally knocked over the soap pump. I didn’t drop it to the floor, just knocked it sideways onto the surface of a table. The pump is made of ceramic material and broke. I think it may be very brittle ceramic material..I have knocked other ceramic products over and no breakage. Anyway…be careful not to knock the soap pump over. It is a very pretty set. ... show more

The rest of the set is beautiful, but it’s far from the quality it should be for the price. The gray cracked in the first month of use and has been looking worse and worse ever since (see the pic… we’ve only had this for 4 months, I think). Very disappointing.

There’s just amazing attention to detail and quality in this set - Kohler Bente Bathroom Set - Shagreen Ebony Pearl. It’s a perfect house-warming gift - the packaging is luxe with a stunning presentation. The texture of the set is a pebble-type matte finish. The interiors are a glossy black. The soap dispenser works well and gives a solid squirt without dribbles. It’s also super easy to fill - the entire top pulls off. I am playing around with what stays on the tray and off. I added a candle, also cotton balls to the container. The set is a dark metal cast hue (with wood accents), so can contrast with a white decor or settle into a darker monochromatic theme. ... show more

This is such an elegant piece in my bathroom. Super nice looking and fancy looking. I put lotion in the dispenser and use the cup as a toothbrush holder. I put my floss picks in the cup with a lid and the other saucer is empty but maybe soap in future otherwise will have to figure out something. I use liquid soap now. I also put a air freshener on it with a flower in it that looks really nice. Overall this looks gorgeous in my bathroom and it is well made. Very high quality wood and ceramic. And I love it. It also came in a gorgeous box that would make it a great gift. ... show more

Amazing presentation and box, totally worthy of a gift. Premium quality and just beautiful. Not a huge fan of the rather walnut or hickory tray so used for something else. I also ditched the wooden lid on the small jar, it doesn't really need it and looks fantastic and minimalistic wihtout it. I actually keep old school matches in it and use the pump for a lotion instead of soap and it handles the thicker lotion brilliantly! Very nice impressive set! ... show more
