This dress is very comfortable to wear. The color is a true white, but the skirt is a little sheer, so I did wear a long, white slip beneath it. The fabric is smooth and soft against the skin. The Empire waist design is flattering to my curvy figure. The biggest downfall to this dress is the lack of any pockets. This is an ok dress. I got a Medium and I'm 5/7 and 125lbs and it's just slightly too big in the chest but too long so it's dragging the floor and I do not wear heels. It's conservative, not see thru. I would size up for comfort because otherwise IDK how you would ever get it on or off. I normally wear a small, but if this fit me perfectly I would never be able to get it off. Not stretchy. The color is just ok. It is more royal blue than picture. It doesn't look quite as elegant in person tbh. I wouldn't buy another one, but I will probably hem this and keep it bc it's so hard to find long dresses. ... show more

I love the look of this dress. It has an empire waist, which hides the belly. It has an underarm side zipper, which makes it easier to get in and out. The material isn't too thin, and is modest. I added pockets for wearing at the temple. I also took up a couple inches because I am only 5'4". The sleeves came are the perfect length. I received many compliments on this dress ... show more
