  • Great for meal planning!
I’m kind of obsessed with these pads. I’ve gone through several of them and they keep me organized as I plan for meals each week and figure out what my grocery list should look like.

  • Cute to use easy to write on
My kids and my husband have finally stopped asking me every day multiple times a day what we're doing for dinner. Plus helps me stay organized what day it is and to remind me to set things out if needed

I love the magnet so it’s always on our fridge for convenient planning purposes.

  • This has helped me meal plan so much. I got the sister pad "All out of" to help the the shopping aspect of it.
I have been getting very serious about meal prepping. At 33 years old I finally figured out how much easier it makes my life and how much easier it is to be healthy. I used to just go to the store and aimlessly buy things that I thought sounded good. At dinner time I didn't really have a plan for what to do with it all. I know it sounds silly, but just coming up with a plan on Saturday or Sunday and then sticking with it helps so much. I bought this and it's partner pad "All out of". I have both pads side by side when I plan my meals. I have my list of regular meals that I do and then try to chose one or two new recipes a week to try. I plan those for nights that we don't have swimming or basketball obligations. I systematically go day by day, writing down what meal we're having and then checking off any additional ingredients I need for it. That way when I get to the store I'm not frantically looking on Pinterest for what I need or just guessing and not having the right stuff. This has helped save me a lot of money by not having a ton of extra stuff that gets wasted. I also have time to prep some of the stuff during the day while my oldest is in school and youngest is napping. I had originally been inspired to meal prep by a health blog I follow. It helped motivate me to start and then finding these pads that keep it all within sight and easy to use has helped a lot. I also love the side area for breakfasts, lunches and grab bag. It helps plan my daughters school lunches and snacks for the week. If she tries to pull the "there's nothing to eat" line with me I point her to the pad where she was able to choose healthy snacks for the week! Meal planning has changed my stress level and family meal time so much. I started about 3 weeks ago and can't believe I waited this long! ... show more

  • Necessity in My Life
I have a routine every Saturday afternoon: 1) Clean the refrigerator and take inventory on what's left over (that's still "good") 2) God Food Shopping 3) Write down the proteins, Vegetables and Starches I purchased in 3 columns on any piece of paper (loose leaf, spiral notebook, marble notebook; doesn't matter) 4) Pick one item from each column to make 7 meals (sometimes 6, depends what we're doing that week) 5) Put the meals in order for each of the days 6) Write the "Final Draft" on this pad. Take a photo (so the menu is on my phone in case I forgot what I'm making said-night) and slap it on the refrigerator. I've bought this pad over and over for 4 years. ... show more

  • Good if you have organization issues (or ADHD)
Extremely helpful with organizing week meals. I have ADHD (unmedicated due to some conflicting issues with medications) and have always struggled with staying organized, my memory, and just remaining on task. This so far has been a massive help. It makes it fun to find meals and allows me to place them in a list (which is always difficult for me. I can’t make organized lists to save my life. This puts it all in a nice neat organized system where I just have to fill in the blanks). I had a nice surprise with the magnet that came on the back of it (I may have missed it in the product description, but either way it was still a super nice surprise). I now have a well organized place for meal plans in a spot that’s in my face and unable to ignore. My only complaint is I don’t have more space for how big my handwriting is, but that’s my issue, not the products. ... show more

  • I ❤️❤️ This pad!
I cook every week all of the meals for my fam. So keeping track of what to make has been made sooooo much easier with this pad. I used to write it on my grocery list or another piece of paper but that didn't help. So now we plan out what we want to eat, I write it in the days. We know what's going on and I get a lot less " what's for lunch ... dinner ... we don't have anything to eat" It's also helped if I want to break my shopping trips up over the week I can plan for that. And it also helps with " is that chicken still good? I don't know. Did you make that Monday or Sunday?" Cause honestly we have busy weeks and sometimes you just can't remember, so you can just look at the day it was made. I love knock knock. This seller has a lots of fun things. Guests have loved it as well and a couple of my friends have placed orders for one. I've had this for a couple months now and it's been used ever week save 1. It's a very handy helper and I'm very pleased with my purchase. ... show more

  • Nice, thick paper
Nice, thick paper. Good, strong magnet on the back secures it to the front of the fridge. Easy to read and easy to fill out. I'm not super-fond of the color, but overall, it's nice. We love using these to plan out our meals for the week - it helps us know what's happening every night so it takes the guesswork out of dinner. We don't look around and do the "what's for dinner" dance for half an hour anymore, and we eat out less, because we plan for all that. Also, it saves us money at the grocery store because we know what we're preparing and so we don't just pick up a bunch of random stuff that goes bad because we weren't prepared. Also great for when we're dieting, as we can plan the calories as well - there's plenty of space for that. Yes, you can do meal planning on plain paper, and yes, it would also work. I find this easier and neater, and I don't have to think about it. ... show more
