I did a LOT of research before choosing these cushions based on a combination of reviews and best overall value for the price. I’ve been using them on my kitchen chairs for several months now. The foam has compacted a bit, so that they don’t feel very cushiony. They still look good, and they are easy to spot clean with a drop of dish soap on a damp sponge. Some other reviewers complained that the nonstick bottoms came off onto their chairs—that has not happened to mine. I have them sitting on wooden kitchen chairs that we use every day, so they are getting a lot of use, but no problems yet except that they’re not as thick or comfortable as I’d like. They have the look of being tufted (with buttons), but they are not. Each chair cushion has 4 circles sewn straight through the entire thickness of the cushion (about the size of a nickel), to give the look of a button but this is clearly a less expensive approach than actually tufting the cushions with buttons. Despite the limitation in thickness/comfort, these were the best value I could find, in the color I needed (burgundy/wine) after searching for a very long time. They also fit the shape of our chairs well—they are curved at the back and square-ish at the front. I gave 4 stars based on the overall value compared to many other chair cushions that I researched.
