These satin scrunchies are basically the MVP of my daily routine. They’re soft, gentle, and do not leave that angry little dent in your hair that makes you look like you lost a fight with a rubber band. My hair stays smooth, frizz is calmer, and I can wear them all day without feeling like my scalp is being slowly negotiated for its life. I reorder them monthly because I genuinely do not know where they go. I suspect they are being stolen by laundry gremlins or possibly my car seats. Either way, I keep coming back because they are the only hair ties that behave like civilized members of society and not tiny torture devices.

I love these scrunchies, I own a couple by this brand and these are probably my favorite! I love the satin ones by scrunci as well as they do great for my medium thick hair which isn’t straight but isn’t wavy, and is fairly long. I only wear thick scrunchies that have good stretch so I can wear them 3 times if twisted and wanting to wear to work out (not all work and wouldn’t use this for workouts). I also bought a pack of the highly recommended silk scrunchies by slip recently and I am not impressed, as they are 1/3 the size of this scrunchie and 30% smaller than the satin ones I own by the scrunchi brand. Fortunately I didn’t spend a crazy amount on them as I got it for 50% off, which is about the price of many of the silk 3 pack scrunches sold on amazon, by lesser known brands. Anyways back to this one- it’s a total winner. Super comfortable like feels like you aren’t even wearing anything. I don’t sleep with anything in my hair but do watch tv and unwind and it isn’t poking out or uncomfortable when resting on 3 pillows. I used this a few times, i particularly like to use it after blow drying my hair (I only wash my hair 1-2 times every 10 days or so), and have used this both on wet hair when I didn’t have the time to blow dry and blown dry. I find It doesn’t crimp my blown dry hair at all (can’t say the same for the slip ones which are silk - perhaps if they were bigger maybe it wouldn’t be an issue but saw my straight blown dry hair the next day with a crimp after using the slip one for a couple hours before bed). def not the case with this. I also think it’s such a good deal and the quality of them are tops! I got the Disney pack just cause it seemed the most neutral and useful for my style. I still haven’t used the plain bronze one, just the blush/ivory one with crowns. It’s so cute but very subtle. I liked these so much that I got the Lisa frank ones more recently and while I haven’t used those yet, I’m happy I got them because I really love how great my hair feels in a tighter or looser bun, and how my hair looks and feels from using them! I know they say silk is way better than satin and bought two silk pillow cases by slip as well on great sale but haven’t tried yet. I’ve seen the satin pillow cases sold by kitsch and they are so pretty and not that expensive. Only reason I never bought one of those was because I read that satin (unless it’s satin silk), is made from polyester and that’s not an issue for a scrunchie but as a hot sleeper i steer away from anything polyester so I don’t know if I’ll end up trying one. I do highly suggest these for anyone that has thick/medium hair and for those that don’t mind sleeping with a scrunchie I feel like this would be the best option since it is so light and the thickness and puffiness makes it less intrusive on a pillow (I can only imagine how great the results would be if I did sleep with one, but even when I’m wearing mine for a few hours after a fresh blowout I notice my hair looks sleek and in the same condition as it was blown out, no crimps, no nonsense. Will continue to buy from this brand as mentioned they make some great scrunchies and hair clips, very pleased with this purchase!

These scrunchies are perfect for hair extensions! They have just the right amount of hold without being too tight, so they don’t pull or cause any discomfort. I’ve struggled to find hair ties that don’t tug on my extensions, but these are super gentle and still keep my hair in place. They also don’t leave creases, which is a huge plus. The black color also goes with everything. The only reason I took off a star is because they were a little smaller than I expected, especially for thicker hair, but overall they still work well and feel high quality.

These scrunchies definitely do what they’re meant to do. They hold hair more securely than traditional silk scrunchies — not specific to any one brand, just in general. If you’re looking for something that stays in place, these perform well. The quality feels good. The material is soft with a smooth texture, and they have a slightly thicker structure, which is likely what gives them that stronger hold. They’re comfortable to wear and don’t pull or snag. There’s no noticeable odor out of the packaging, and everything arrived clean and in great condition. That said, they do have a slightly different look and feel compared to classic silk scrunchies — a bit fuller and more structured. Personally, I don’t necessarily prefer them aesthetically, but I do appreciate how well they keep hair in place. One thing to be mindful of is color selection — some shades are more muted than expected, so it’s worth choosing carefully depending on your style. For the price, they’re a good value — especially if hold and function are your priority. What it does: Keeps hair off your face, stops that pillowcase friction from turning your hair into a frizz sculpture, and somehow does it without squeezing your head like a medieval hair device. This is the scrunchie that isn’t a scrunchie: It’s… pillowy. Like your hair is wearing a tiny cloud. It looked silly at first and then I woke up with great hair and immediately became a believer. Why it’s amazing: No tight-head feeling: No headache, no pressure, no “why is my scalp mad?” Stays on all night: I move positions throughout the night (sleep gymnastics) and it kept up with me the whole ride. No hair creases: No ponytail dent, no morning emergency straightening or re-curling. Silky without sliding off: Soft and smooth, but it actually stays put. Zero hair damage: No ripping, no snagging, no discomfort. No shedding when removing: I can pull it, yank it, take it off half-asleep, and no hair comes out. Just soft, easy removal.
