They are better than what I’ve been buying but i really wish I could find a type that doesn’t tear out any hair upon removal. Still haven’t found the perfect elastic/plastic band but these are getting close.

Easy to use with great stretch, and stem they stay put without slipping. Easy to slide out at the end of the day too. Found they only last a few uses before snapping.

I love the biggest size. I have thick, but short hair. I love these for half ponytails. They don’t do well if you get them wet and the out in the hot sun tho. But I feel like all clear hair ties are only a one or two use.

These have decent stretch and really don’t pull hair out as much as the older style tiny elastics do, although they still do pull some. However, I was able to reuse the older elastics quite a few times before they would snap, if I was careful about how I removed them. These stretch out of shape on the first use. This makes them far less of a good value, and since they are plastic, it’s not very environmentally friendly to have one-use plastic hair bands. I will probably just go back to doing hairstyles that don’t require such small hair bands.

These do snap after you’ve used them once. But they are thick and hold the initial time. They don’t pull like the cheap kind though.

I would say 4.5/5 on these. I do really like the fact that they don’t snag on my hair and they can hold my hair pretty well. Works perfect for up-dos and braids and obviously come at a good cost. The only downside is yes, they do break occasionally and yes they do stretch a bit over time. Still happy with the purchase and will probably buy again.

Kitsch no-snag hair ties: a nice quantity for the price. There’s definitely a stretch. The elastic is good so I’d see very little snapping. Different size ties are in the bag. My purpose was to take pieces of my hair & tie it up & out of my face. My picture reflects the ties & the tie in my hair. I have wavy hair which isn’t considered thick. For my hair, in which you see, these ties SNAG. It takes patience to get the tie up with all my hair in place because they are so small, which I’m fine with. The main issue is taking them off. It’s literally impossible to slide these off my hair. Even if I untie the tie it doesn’t slide off, it snags my hair which causes hair loss. These would be perfect for someone with fine, straight hair. Using these for braids would be good. If you’re looking to put up ponies with these with my similar hair, you’ll struggle to get them off. I wanted to love these so much. I feel the small cloth pony tails are probably the best to find. The elastic nature is what causes the snagging. This is my personal experience. I hope this helps if you’re considering to purchase.
