under the bar stools wasn't well put together .

These took awhile to get delivered, but that's par for the course today. I was a bit concerned because on of the boxes was busted and one of the gas lifts was sticking out. Fortunately all of the pieces were there and nothing was damaged. Packaging is very good inside the box (which probably helped a
lot). Assembly is trivial with four screws. The first one is maybe 5 minutes and subsequent chairs are maybe 2-3 minutes each. The travel on the gas lift is pretty significant, much more so than an office chair. This is great for short people, tall bar counters, and everything in between. It presents well, is fairly comfortable, and appears to have made good trade-offs in price, functionality, and appearance.

Bought 4 of these so we can move them between kitchen counter/breakfast bar and kitchen table which is shorter height. These adjust and we save space by having few bar stools everywhere. But they turned out to be so much prettier than we expected and very comfortable. Move easily across the floor wit
h no scratching. One of the four had a manufacturing defect and when I contacted company and sent a picture they replaced right away. Rare to find excellent customer service along with a product that exceeded expectations.

They could be a lot better for the price

They came earlier than expected which was awesome very easy to put together. My issues with them were 3 out of my 6 stools that I ordered had dents in the base of them and as you can see some of my chairs looked like someone had touched them with dirty sticky hands I know that it would be a headache
to return (because they are heavy) so I’ll just deal with the imperfections but for over 900 I should be completely happy with my purchase and I’m not.
