First, these are great for a keto trail mix. Add them with some peanuts, and any other crunchy keto friendly things. They're also neat for hiding pieces in fat bombs. Warning: Don't order these unless you have been on a strict keto diet for over a month. When you're starting a diet like keto then jumping right to the substitutes is a bad move. You end up either relying on them or giving up on your diet because "everything tastes wrong/bad" and you miss a lot of food. These are not for weening off of carbs, these are for when you're deep into keto but get a strong craving for something forbidden from the diet. All substitutes on keto should be treated like that. Review: The product tastes as I expected really. They have a texture like the stickier kinds of gummies inside and are generally softer, but all keto substitutes are compared to the real things. These do have the kind of chemical smells and aftertaste you'd expect of most sugar free products. If you've been on keto for a month or two you should be used to those and know whether they're worth it for you. They have the expected aftertaste but it's not too bad for how those generally go. They are not Swedish fish substitutes, they're regular generic berry flavored gummies and the look and taste are not comparable. These are the diet soda of fruit snacks. If you really crave candies, if you really miss gummies, you'll love these. If not you might just appreciate them. If you don't like diet soda you definitely won't like these kinds of things.

I love gummy candy and have been on the hunt for a new low sugar/keto treat since the other brand I used to buy has greatly upped it's carb count. This will definitely be my new go to! I do think the flavor was somewhat medicinal; however, I loved the extremely chewy texture and consistency of the fish. And the fact that you can eat the whole bag for 2 net carbs. I was expecting a much smaller bag, but I was plesantly surprised when I opened the box. They are pricey, but all keto candy is. I am excited to try their other candy varieties!

Listen, if you are looking for a quick laxative, look no further than this! I am a midnight snacker and thought this would help curve my sugar craving. They have a cough syrupy flavor, but the consistency is excellent. However, a few hours into the night, I started to have sewage level gas. It was bad. I woke myself up and had to leave the room because the smell was that bad. After having an attitude with my own ass, I was able to get back to sleep, Only to wake in pain. I immediately went to the restroom and barely made it. The explosive bomb went off, and the aftermath left my bathroom devastated. A quarter spoon of vaseline, three flushes, and an hour later, I crawled back into bed. Sugar cravings were kind of curbed, I lost no less than seven pounds, and this “candy“ is now in the medicine cabinet next to the laxatives. I can’t give it a one because, hey, I lost weight! I can’t give it a 5 as a laxative because It wasn't labeled as one!

I've had a few of the Kiss My Keto candies and most of them are pretty good. I actually prefer them to Smart Sweets. But these gummy fish compared to the Smart Sweet ones are absolutely disgusting. I couldn't even finish a bag. Waste of $20 and they're all getting thrown out. The Sour bears are the best I've had so far, but the watermelon ones aren't terrible either. The berry bite ones are okay, but had one disgusting flavor, which is unfortunately the flavor of these gummy fish. I was hoping it would be the one really good flavor in the berry bite gummies, but alas it is not. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ EDIT: Kiss My Keto reached out to address my issues and concerns. When I messaged back on how they'd like to do that, this is what I received: "Hi Ben, Thank you for your response and valuable feedback regarding our gummy fish. We're constantly trying to improve our products, so your input is very helpful. As a way of apology, we have processed a partial refund for your order and it will reflect back in your account in a few business days. Please let us know if you require further assistance. Kind regards, Kiss My Keto". While a partial refund is appreciated since I didn't expect to get anything, it's pretty underwhelming to received a partial refund on a $20 product. Had it been a full refund, I would have just bought another item like the tropical rings to try. After this experience though, I'll never buy Kiss My Keto again. Which is a shame, because some of their products like the sour gummy bears and sour cola bottles are really good. But the lackluster remedy to reach out and waste my time for what I assume is maybe $10, is ridiculous. UPDATE: I was refunded $5.85...laughable.

These are my favorite non-chocolate keto treat. They are super soft and chewy, and the flavor is deliciously sweet and berry. No they do not taste like traditional Swedish Fish, but I’m ok with that because those aren’t keto, and they have a ton of junk in them. If you’re looking for something soft, chewy and fruity, that won’t jack your blood sugar, these are it. And you get the whole bag for 2g net carbs. Yes please! The portion is a decent size, too. I usually have half the bag and save the rest for next time. I did sneak these into the movie theater when we went this last time, and while everyone else was eating their usual junk, I was enjoying these. No more feeling left out during snack time at the movies 🙌🏻

These gummies are the best nutrition wise when comparing between smart sweets and whatever other brands are out there rn. These are the only real low carb ones which I imagine is what most people who buy diet gummies are looking for. For that reason I’m giving these 5 stars. They taste good and they come with a lot in the bag. This review is for the berry fish flavor only- not the other flavors as I don’t think those are as good nutritionally/ have more carbs. Just make sure you eat these when you don’t have anything to do later like for a desert at night instead of right before going into work because they can impact your stomach!!
