But the one I received smells strongly of someone’s perfume and had no tags so I assume it was used and returned. I love so many things about this dress! The fit and cut are amazing, true to size and so flattering! It feels well made and the fabric is nice quality. However, the listing was for army green, which I was very excited about since that is the color I am searching for for my sons wedding. This is more of a sage green, not as deep as army green. Just that subtle lighter shade makes it too light for me to wear, as the bridal party is wearing sage. Also, while the fabric is nice, I feel like the silky material makes it a little more "bridesmaid" dress feeling, not dressy, like I am looking for. As a wedding guest, this dress hits the mark! As part of the wedding party, I would say not dressy enough. Sadly, it just doesn't meet my needs. I really liked the style of this dress, the neckline did throw me off a bit as it comes ruched in an asymmetric fashion making me think it was sewn wrong lol but it does look cute. I really liked the skirt of the dress w the ruffle hem, it added a nice movement to the dress. It felt like a satin-like material. Wasnt stretchy. The fit was accurate. I got many compliments. I wore it to a work holiday party. While the design of the dress was very nice, the material did feel thin. I would have thought that wouldnt be an issue. However, it wasnt a very breatheable fabric, i was sweating like crazy. Unfortunately, due to the fabric being thin, it showed all my seat marks. Very embarassing!! ... show more

I ordered the black in a small - I returned it because it was too large and the fabric quality was poor for a formal event. I’m usually between a xs and small, 25 waist and 34A bra - the small was too large through the neck, chest and waist. So I would say if you’re between sizes go with your smaller size if you do order.
