This is a gorgeous long black dress for a more formal event at a pretty reasonable price. The outer fabric is a beautiful sheer fabric with a floral texture. The bodice and skirt are fully lined, but then the sleeves are sheer which is a lovely detail. The back of the bodice is smocked with a tie behind the neck. It also has pockets. I ordered a size large, and it fits my bust (34DDDD) fine, but I almost wish I had a medium because the smocked back gives it a more forgiving fit through the bodice, and the skirt is full enough to accommodate larger hips. Now, if you are above maybe 5'5", this dress will not be as long as the product photos suggest. I am 5'8", and the dress hits at my ankles, however, the sheer fabric and the slit make it still an acceptable length, in my opinion.

I ordered this dress to wear to an upcoming spring wedding and overall, it really is a beautiful dress. The quality surprised me in a good way. The fabric feels substantial, the floral texture is really pretty in person, and the green color is absolutely stunning. It looks elegant without feeling overdone, and it fits true to size through the bodice. I also really appreciate the pockets, which always feel like a bonus on a formal dress. The cut of the dress is very flattering, and the smocked back helps it feel comfortable while still looking fitted. I love the square neckline and ruffled sleeves. It has a romantic, slightly vintage vibe that works well for weddings and other dressy events. My only real issue is the slit. I love the idea of the slit and I agree that a deeper slit suits this dress style, but if you are tall, it becomes a problem. I am 5'11" and on me the slit comes up much higher than expected, to the point where it felt inappropriate for the wedding that I wanted to wear the dress to. Standing still was fine, but walking or sitting made me constantly adjust it. If you are average height or shorter, this probably will not be an issue at all, and I think you would love this dress. For tall women, just be aware that the slit is very high and may limit where you feel comfortable wearing it. Other than that, it is a really pretty, well-made dress and I am glad I ordered it.

This is a pretty dress from afar and in listing photos, but I must say that I am a little disappointed at the quality up close in person. It seems a little bit cheaply made for the price. I would also say it runs large - the entire back is stretchy material, which I like, but as a result if you order your normal size (medium, in my case - I am 5'3, 140 lbs) it actually ends up being too large. It comes vaccuum sealed (no major issue with that) but as a result, it comes out of the package wrinkled and needs to be washed or steamed before you can wear it. I probably would not purchase this in another color but I might get a few uses out of it before I donate it.

This dress fit my wife exactly as expected. She is normally a Size L or Size 12. She is 5 foot 8 inches, 135 pounds, 38 C. We ordered this dress in Size L and it fits right! The fabric is soft and hangs well. It is comfortable and easy to move in. It flatter her bust line and is not clingy. The construction us good with no flaws in the fabric, no gaps or puckers in the seams and no loose threads. The black is deep and rich. i think this dress is excellent value.

I picked this up for my girlfriend to wear to a friend's wedding anniversary. She is a high school teacher and usually dresses pretty conservatively, but she wanted something a little more fun for the party. She absolutely loved the look of this dress. The floral pattern is really pretty, and the lace details make it look much more expensive than it actually was. She said the slit was just right—stylish without showing too much. It fit her well in the Large, though she did have to steam it quite a bit out of the package to get the wrinkles out. The only reason I am giving it four stars is the material. It feels a bit thin and synthetic, which can get sticky in the Georgia heat. If the fabric breathed a little better, it would be perfect.
