I wanted these for Shower shoes, the comfort of the soul is great but the adjustable trap that goes over toes hurts even with socks, the Velcro is very strong, I will use them for shower shoes when I travel.

I bought these, thinking they would be contoured to the bottom of the foot (like another pair I bought years ago that I liked a lot.) I cannot even sit at a desk wearing these without feeling the flatness under the arch area and the built-up outer edges that tilt my ankles inward. Don't waste your money. I don't like leaving negative reviews for anything but the design is without merit, other than the adjustable toe strap.

The shoes sizes run a little bigger than normal. But I like the adjustable strap to make up for the extra space. So If you are a size 7 don't get anything larger than a 7 1/2 the straps can be adjusted to fit. Other than that they are very well made. And if you have wide feet. They are perfect for people with wide feet. If you have narrow feet you might have a problem.
