I'm addicted! It works fast. Only criticism is that it is dry--not at all moisturizing. So put in on and leave it on a few minutes before adding moisturizer.

I tried this for a month, it does not work. There is no depuffing even in the slightest. In fact, it didn’t smooth, hydrate or moisturize. It’s just ineffective. It does have a cooling effect but that’s about it. Very disappointed.

I have been using this product now for five years. I have not been able to buy it from Kiehl’s‘s for the last six months, fortunately it is now sold on Amazon. I keep it in the refrigerator and first thing every morning apply it underneath the eye as instructed. It is very cool and comforting and takes away the puffiness! ... show more
